This is an amazing chair! The quality and massage are outstanding. However, be aware that this is a LARGE item. It barely fit through our front door one out of the box. We were unable to put it in the desired location inside our house because it would not fit through a standard inside door frame, even with the door removed. We had to rethink placement and ended up putting it in our home office because that room hasa wider opening with double French doors.Also, I am a little concerned about any necessary service as contacting the company Ootori has proven to be impossible. Upon attempting to register our new chair for its warranty, it asked for an activation code which I couldn’t locate. I attempted a live chat two different times. The website states that it has 24 hr customer service yet I was never connected to a live agent. I sent an email and never received a response. I attempted to call the customer service number listed on the website, but there is a message stating that the number is no longer in service. If the chair needs service, and it seems like a possibility with so many motorized parts, there does not seem to be any way to contact this company.

For the price this is a great chair. We have had it almost 2 months now. It is great to sit in while watching movies or connected via bluetooth to your playlist. We use it almost every night. The way it was shipped was easy to unpackage and set up. It did not have to put it together, just plugged in which I really liked. Have had a couple issues, one morning at 0400 when i couldn't sleep i got up to sit in the chair, half way through the cycle the chair shut off with all of the air pillows inflated trapping me in the chair. I was able to wriggle free but a smaller or older adult might not be able to escape. I shut it off and started it up again and it has not trapped anyone since then. Also, at the end of a cycle it normally returns to an upright position, but on certain settings it shuts off and stay reclined at the end of a massage. EAsy to climb out when the pillows are not inflated. Overall we are happy with the purchase - it is on the lower end of the massage chairs we looked at. We figure if we had spent 80-100 per hour for a massage at the spa we have easily paid for this chair a few times over.

I bought this chair for my wife as she has neck and back pain fro a car accident. The chair is amazing and she uses it every day. I too love the chair to help with sore muscles from working out and just plain getting old. I would have rated 5 stars but the only complaint I have is that the company has been unresponsive at my attempts to complete the warranty. I've called and left messages as well as emailing them but have yet to hear back.The chair comes with a 3 year warranty that I hope I never need but I would at least like to get it registered just in case. Not impressed with the customer service form Ootori!

it works well the controler is a little weird my girl loves it says of rather then off ha. following there directions turning it off when not in use and seems to be holding up we use it about twice a week . I had a fuse blow but was able to find a replacement on here for like 50c . It seems like the model numbers/ and website dont match up .

Purchased this massage chair a month or two ago. The massage is amazing. I enjoy the back and heat massage the most. The leg message is ok to me. Just wish the remote control pocket could be sewn on the side rather than stick on because it kept on falling off on me. I enjoy this message chair so far.

The outter calf massager has broke free from the main support. I cant find any warranty info on-line. For the price I would of hoped for better quality. Maybe tey will send me a replacement part and I can leave a better review.

I thought it would be more comfortable than it is. It’s ok but I’m not inclined to look forward to it. You cannot fall asleep in it ether. I should have gone to a brick and mortar store, and tried some out first.

The extended family has spent the last week here and all 12 of them have lobbied to be next for the chair. Works great
