but when I saw all of the good reviews Kuhuna had
I researched a lot of chairs and I almost bought the Renew from Brookstone, but when I saw all of the good reviews Kuhuna had, I had to look a little closer. The SM-7300 was just about to be released and I liked all of the features it had. I wanted an L-Track, it had 6 main rollers instead of 4, and they corrected the issues that the 6800 had with the foot rollers. Jeff at Good Price World answered all of my questions so I decided to take a chance and I am so glad I did. The SM-7300 simply blows away the Renew and at a much lower price point. This chair is amazing and I have been using it almost daily. The chair shipped right on the shipping date and I received it about a week later. The setup was not bad. The directions were a little sketchy, but the parts pretty much fit together in a way that makes sense when you look closely. It took me about 40 minutes. Another reason I wanted this chair is because it is a little bigger. I am an average build, 6’ and 185 lbs, but I noticed that many massage chairs seemed to be built for smaller people and I find them a little cramped. The SM-7300 fits me nicely. I was a little worried that it might be too big for my wife, she is 5’ 4” and 135 lbs, but that is not the case. She still gets a very good massage and could easily feel the air bags squeezing her.As for the massage – it is incredible. The 6 rollers, air bags, and foot rollers all working in tandem is almost a sensory overload! I have tried most of the programs. Yoga stretching is awesome. Office Worker takes care of the neck and shoulders really well, and Athlete really gets into the muscles. If you haven’t had an L-Track butt massage yet – go find one! It is amazing. It gets just past the glutes and to the back of your thighs. At medium intensity, I find the rollers and air bags perfect. My wife thinks it is a little intense so she sets the intensity to low and finds that just right. I haven’t tried high intensity yet, but I have a feeling it will be plenty rough for people who like it that way. So far I am very happy with the purchase and do not regret it.

Best combination of price and features - highly, highly recommended - detailed review...
Great chair.... I used to have a OSIM U-Astro Zero Gravity chair that lasted me 7 years... and it was heavily, heavily used. Finally it suffered from metal fatigue and the insides snapped and I decided it was time to buy a new chair.I spent months and months comparing different chairs, and I went with this one because I sometimes have heavier and larger friends who use the chair, and wanted a chair that lasted longer - at least 5 years and I'll be happy... compare to getting massages and these chairs will always pay for themselves in just a few months. For this price/feature combination, I do not think you can beat this value. I would have gone with White Glove delivery, but the non-white glove included the free foot/calf massager so I went with that option and gave the free massager to my 80 year old parents, and yes, it's a nice freebie. So, on to the features... I'm putting the pros and cons together:Delivery - I live in a high rise and they put this right inside my front door of my condo, nice!Assembly - watch the video - easy as pie - although the side panels keep popping out, our fault, we just need to secure that betterFeatures - great - a lot of great programs! No need for the LED light on the side, that's just silly, but I can see it as something that attracts people.Remote - much, much, much improved, probably the best remote I've seen to date. However, this doesn't mean it's perfect... they really should have wifi connectivity to upgrade the remote and the chair functions over time... yes, you still have to get through a few levels of menus, but it's no big deal and only takes a few seconds.Leg Extension - great, although I wish it lifted higher when on zero gravity or just higher in general, also all new chairs should have legs that rotate inwards and disappear.Massage quality - excellent - 6 rollers makes a world of difference compared to 4-roller chairs, as does the L track that gets past your butt and onto the bottom of your thighs. I'd suggest that the rollers have the infrared heating.Build - this is where it's a little bit of an issue on quality control - the 'leather' seat is askew a few degrees... not much, but enough to bother me... it's just at an angle. I hope that they can fix this with my next chair.Foot and Toe Rollers - WOW - they're incredible... I feel like this thing even gets between your toes... yes, it can be a little rough, but you should be wearing socks at all times otherwise ewwww gross, why are you using a chair with bare feet?! I suggest that when they sell these chairs they include a box of 'clean room' booties/socks - or just buy a box of 100 pair, like for new homes or clean rooms. This would be a nice thing to include in the package.Wall distance - this is the best advantage over my previous chair - being able to keep close to a wall is one of the nicest things that's ever happened to massage chairs... now, if they could make the foot-rest rotate and hide away, and the head-rest raise and lower to look more like a normal piece of furniture, then all of the world's massage chair problems would disappear and they'd sell tens of thousands of these!Biggest weakness: the top of the shoulders and the neck are almost totally disregarded... suggest that you lean back and raise yourself up during the 'body scan' then go back deep into the chair - this means the rollers will hit your neck and shoulders - this is a problem with most chairs, and the U-Astro had a head-rest with little 'pins' that would massage your neck and shoulders. This company should have the same exact thing - a headrest that has neck rollers, and has little vertical 'fingers' that massage the tops of your shoulders... this is absolutely necessary. Conclusion - it's an amazing chair... I'm ordering a second one in the next week or so. I have 18 homes, but I'll stick with two chairs for now... maybe I'll buy them for the rest (they're airbnb properties, and having a massage chair would mean more people would select my places over other places, I'd put money on it!). Buy it, don't think twice, you won't regret it... and yes, I did spend months comparing features and prices and this truly is the chair that beats all others out...

Yoga Stretching = amazing! Golfer mode = outstanding
1st - Read mojodogs review (we could be the same person- I agree with every word, from the lengthy research to the size of my wife). To not be redundant I'm going to hit some highlights:Yoga Stretching = amazing!Golfer mode = outstanding! Really does hit those muscle groups nicely. The remaining Auto programs all do a very nice job of focusing on the obvious areas intended for the program.I really enjoy some of the airbag/roller combinations - pulling my shoulders back while shiatsu between my shoulder blades - are you serious!?!?! Soooo good!!The rollers also reach the base of my skull so I get a complete spine massage. I have been in several chairs that do not extend the rollers nearly as high.Only gripe (as mentioned) having to remember to occasionally push down on the foot massage portion. It works on a spring to stay in constant contact with your feet. I feel that the spring tension is a bit too much, requiring too much effort on my part to keep it extended. I venture the spring will loosely with some time. Have only had the chair for about a month, but using it daily.Sleep better after using it.Chair does an awesome job relaxing my entire body. Not having the ability to "test" the chair prior to purchase, I was nervous about spending that much money based only on reviews. That reason alone is why I'm writing this now. Anyone with reasonable expectations for a chair at this price point will not be disappointed. If you're on the fence, ask a question I and I will do my best to respond accurately and completely.I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!!!

Highly recommend this massage chair.
Although I'm still getting used to the chair's functions, here are my views after a few weeks.Overall, a great quality massage chair, very well thought out 'chair' design, motor(s) feel solid, everything seems quality built and sturdy, L track is great (reaches right down thighs, all the way up to lower skull), air bags and rollers are wonderful, nothing feels cheap (including quality external materials), runs quiet, and for a massage chair it's quite an attractive model. For the price, the chair itself is five stars. For my body type, some tweaks were needed and Jeff at Good Price World communicated promptly to address these issues. So after-purchase customer service from this company is five stars. Delivery was fast in Canada (6 business days).Wide selection of 'automatic' programs (five stars). The only area of improvement I would suggest is the 'manual mode' function (which I've been using most of the time): navigating through the manual function menu while chair is going is a bit awkward (although becomes second nature with practice), and lack of memory means you have to select everything from scratch each time you use 'manual mode'. If you're happy just using the 'automatic' programs, then this minor issue wouldn't matter to you.I really like the fact that the chair shuts off in zero-gravity position (i.e. laid-back position) when that's selected, because after a 20 min. massage it's great to just lay there for a bit and meditate/snooze in the laying position. Somehow this is super relaxing. Easy to get back into upright position by pushing on/off button twice.Tips I've learned thus far:1. when chair is doing initial body scan (you can feel the roller moving up your back sensing your body height, etc.), if you want the rollers to go higher into neck area during the actual massage, I suggest you stretch your body higher in the seat during the scan, then let yourself back down into seat during the massage, and then rollers will reach your upper shoulder and neck areas.2. in 'manual mode', you can control exact location of rollers by holding down the up or down arrow buttons. To do this you first must select "Fixed Point" under the "Position" menu item. Then, be aware the arrow buttons will only respond after you subsequently hit the "menu" button (i.e. while seeing the 'seated human picture' on the screen). Sounds burdensome, but easy once you've done it once. All in all, four and a half stars (so five stars selected).

Not impressed with unit for price.
The lumbar stretch is not included . Instead there is a yoga stretch. Not impressed! The control monitor is a isn't up to date. Heat must be programmed in if you want it etc.The pre programs are basic . The rollers at neck level pop . The attachment points where not lined up when putting together. Very heavy unit !The unit stops in mid masssage when timer stops. It is an attractive looking chair. We are sending it back.
