Me and my partner have been GF for several years and have tried many different kinds of GF pasta. We decided to order this purely because bucatini is not a shape we can find locally so the novelty of it seemed fun. When the package first arrived the company had sent the wrong noodle, it was just spaghetti. We contacted them and after a little back and forth we received the correct noodle, after all, we only ordered it because it was bucatini we can get spaghetti that we really like at Whole Foods. Just cooked up the pasta and while it is edible, the texture leaves something to be desired. It is a corn based product, so there is no way to get that yummy "al dente" bite. I actually just finished the last of the leftovers as I wrote this, cause like I said, it is edible. I would just never buy it again. I'll stick with the brown rice stuff from Whole Foods with the bunny on the package.
