Rechargeable NiMH Batteries

Best rechargable battery for my camera. I can't begin to add up the dollars I've save since going to rechargable. My last set lasted me for 10 years before they finally would not hold a charge.

These are modern and work perfectly. They last a long time and always function. They are the best. I recommend them!

Good Everyday Rechargeables That Save Money The Rayovac Rechargeable AA Batteries have been solid performers in my home. They come pre-charged, so you can use them right out of the package, and they recharge reliably in any standard NiMH charger. I’ve used them in a variety of devices—TV remotes, LED flashlights, wireless mice, and even kids’ toys—and they’ve held up well without frequent swapping. At 1350 mAh, they aren’t the highest-capacity rechargeables on the market, but for most everyday electronics they provide more than enough power. They also claim up to 10 years of storage life, which is great if you like to keep a pack on hand. After a charge, they hold power for weeks in low-drain devices like remotes or clocks, and in higher-drain gadgets (like controllers) they perform respectably before needing a recharge. A couple of things to be aware of: if you’re powering very demanding devices like high-output camera flashes or professional gear, you may want higher-capacity batteries. Also, while Rayovac advertises hundreds of recharge cycles, in my experience it’s best to rotate sets to extend lifespan. Bottom line: Dependable, affordable rechargeable AAs that cut down on waste and save money over time. They aren’t the highest-capacity option, but for everyday household use they’re a very practical choice.

I have been buying versions of these AA and AAA NIMH batteries on and off for probably close to 20 years. I use them with a RayoVac 1 Hr charger that I have had forever. I tend to use them in things like wall clocks, computer keyboards and mice, electronic candles, some remotes. Small drain usage, change and charge every few months. I do find some devices do not work well with any rechargeable batteries, but that is about the device. These will not last forever, but I have been pleased enough to keep buying them. If you use it in a power hungry device, like a flashlight, I find it does not work as well as an alkaline or lithium battery. I cannot comment on 9V, C, D cells, I have never used rechargeables for those formats.

They are still holding a charge after several months of using. I use them in Ikea closet strip lighting. Would buy again!
