Nice white paper, feeds cleanly, makes our color printing look really good. It was a very good price, and if it remains at that price, I'll buy again.

I ordered tow (2) of these and both arrived in the condition shown in the attached photos. Both boxes were nearly destroyed by rough handling. The first box was so badly damaged that I could not use the paper and returned for a full refund.The second box (replacement order) was badly damaged, however, I was able to tape the individual reams so that I could store and use. Three of the reams were damaged, and I believe i can salvage about 50% of the paper from each.Whoever is shipping paper from the Pioneer Premium Multipurpose paper company is doing a lousy job. The paper might be Okay, but the packaging is absolutly lousy. BUYER BEWARE ! ! ! !I RATED PRINT QUALITY AND BRIGHTNESS before actually using the paper. if there are any issues with the paper, I will update this review.

I should've remembered to take a photo. The paper is lovely - works well - bright, the perfect thickness. The boxes are beat up horribly. Every ream is ripped open - there is a slash through the wrap on every single ream. I'm not sure if this is being sold from the garbage pile or from 2nds ... but it's too weird. Like the machine rips it as it comes off the production line. All the paper in the ream is fine. No loss from dirt or whatever. But just to let people know not to have high expectations for this.

We use this paper even though it's pricier because it's a higher quality and works well for printing brochures and instructional manuals that really hold up. What I can't understand is why every case we get looks as though is was horribly beaten. Sometimes it's so bad that the individual reams are damaged or loose. I don't believe it's shipping at this point either - we've purchased a case every two week for the past couple of years. Every single case has been damaged. Meanwhile, the less expensive paper we purchase for internal use always arrives whole.

Product did not ship in original box (like the one pictured.) 10 reams of paper were shipped in a plain cardboard box that was too large. The reams shifted around inside. Nine reams broke open! Approximately two reams were badly bent, so bad as to make printing difficult.

I use a case a week. My customers like a professional looking product. This paper makes our work stand out from our competition that uses plain copy paper. The price is reasonable and the product looks good. It would be five stars, but we are seeing a slight up tick of the paper failing to pick up. According to the logs, one or two more faults per case of paper than the Staples brand for the six cases I have run so far, so not a big deal.
