Lactose-free does not taste same as regular Scandishake
Ugh. The lactose-free version does not taste anything like the "regular" vanilla Scandishake. Fortunately, the seller was kind enough to allow me to return the unused portion of the order and replace it with the normal vanilla Scandishake. I am able to use Lactaid instead of regular milk to make the shakes and I get no unpleasant side effects as a result.

Great stuff
It's very hard to find a product that has a lot of of calories or to help put weight on. This is 600 calories in 8 oz of milk. My husband has a swallowing problem due to radiation and has lost weight. This helps to keep it on and he drinks it as a smoothie adding fruit or chocolate. Or fixes it on the go. Its very sweet so you can't use super sweet fruit like bananas. Strawberries are great.
