Captain on board!
I snickered in many parts of this fiery coming together story. So parts were not needed. Or logical (will not spoil it, but it is part on ship near end with bugs).I enjoyed reading it.

loving this series
The best part of this series are the action/fight scenes. Their passionate natures are clear from the beginning when Captain Allie Borden meets Second Commander Brack Thann-Felis for the first time. Both are passionately dedicated to their jobs and are scarred by life’s lessons on love and happiness. During a training excursion, they encounter the Kantos and have to fight together for their lives. Despite their attempt to maintain a platonic working relationship, the are overwhelmed with admiration for each other and love their competitive edge. Look out bugs!

Loves me some Eon warriors
Sorry, but fair warning--this is good review by a super fan. And I bought this story, so no freebies here!Good stuff--the action and plot. It's balls-to-the-walls action. You don't ever feel like there's a bunch of padding going on.The characters are lovely. Ok, they are mostly perfect. The H is always hunky as hell, and an archetype warrior. Sweet! It's a romance, people. The H is supposed to be a wet dream. The h is typically at the top of her field, a warrior herself, feisty, and gorgeous. Insert yourself here and go with it. Again, it's a romance, people. The sex is terrific. Anna Hackett does sex like nobody's business. If you're new to any of her series, you're welcome. For even hotter sex, try her Galactic Gladiators series. (And charge up your batteries, kittens. Ahem.)The world building is great, and provides fodder for many stories. The bad guys are suitably gross.Not-so-good stuff: Anna, your heroines and heroes could use some work. They are dangerously close to being 2-dimensional and stereotyped. They could be broader, with some actual issues, imperfect bodies, alot older, and lesser titles. How about a couple of regular people, or a disabled warrior, a retired or average non-service h? (Please, I beg, NO VIRGINS.) Just sayin' that the nearly perfect high up types can get boring. You are right on the cusp of falling into that pit of Perfect Despair.Continually upping the tech capabilities of the bad guys quickly creates depression for this reader. Just me, but I think the exciting plot and action can be enough of a hurdle. Maybe some more challenging relationships involving the bad guys could be a story shaker. Just sayin.Love this series, and this is a wonderful, fulfilling addition.

Action and steam
When two stubborn warriors must work together to fight evil aliens, will they find a common ground.I am such a sucker for these Eons Warriors and those Terran women who make them fall hard. And with this fourth installment, Mrs Anna Hackett does not disappoint.Allie is a successful woman, she conducted her life in order to fulfill her twin brother dreams. Now she is captain, she has no time for an opinionated warrior who think Terrance are no match for them. But they have a common enemy and in spite of being a headstrong being too, she soon realizes they must work hand in hand.Plus she can’t deny she is strongly attracted to the one warrior infuriating her at every turn.Brack is quite a bull-head, but soon he recognizes the value of Allie and accepts she and her crew might be an asset in their war against the Kantos. But will it be enough to let his past issues go?Mrs Hackett has delivered an other couple of a strong woman and Her complementary mate. There are witty banters, plenty of actions, steamy moments but never her characters shy away from the challenge, emotional or physical.4.5 stars

Captain Allie and Second Commander Brack
Captain Allie Borden is tasked with working with the Eon warriors to keep the treaty with Earth. She has to work with sexy and arrogant Second Commander Brack Thann-Felis. While fighting for survival against the Kantos these two fall for each other.I really enjoyed these two. Both of them are kick-butt warriors who won't ever back down. These two started as enemies but that was just hiding their attraction. Their constant bickering in the beginning just built the tension between these two. I know I can always count on Hackett to have amazing characters with great chemistry.“You’re beautiful, strong, a warrior at heart. And mine.”I really liked Allie because she was resilient, smart, and was haunted by the death of her twin. She is my favorite kind of dangerous heroine. Their relationship was filled with emotional trials, betrayal, and death defying feats. These two really can face anything together. Overall, this was a great addition to the series and I can't wait to read Jamie’s book. .Reader Warning:Heroine's twin brother died of suicide (referenced).

Kiss of Ron #4
I know reading this book out of order is probably a no-no, but it was the 1st book I came across by this author. I'll make sure I go back and get the others because I like reading this author. She has a different outlook on Aliens that 1 or2 other authors. It's diffently different but I like it.

Double whammy plot❤️
I struggled with reading this series, and pleasantly I've enjoyed so much that at every turn there was a chuckle with Jamie's antics with Brack.🔥 Wow ! What an adventure with the the Zantos insects. This storyline got me so worked up u couldn't put the book down. Double whammy for the plot😋. I cannot wait to gobble book 5 with the Terran lieutenant.

Arguments, Teamwork and Consequences
Captain Allie Borden commands the Divergence and is irritated by Second Commander Brack Thank-Felis, Eon warrior.Working with the crew of Desteron on exercises to help both crews after a strange encounter with an object which is a Kantos trap. After Allie is abducted by one of her own crew and taken to a Kantos ship and followed by Brack to stop them. Various space battles follow, before first trouble on a rogue planet and a Kantos ship, before being rescued by a mixed team of warriors and marines. And another warrior finds his human mate.

Kicking Kantos Arse
I won't lie, for me this was a tough story to get through - not because the story was bad, in fact it's quite the opposite - there were aspects that hit close to home. That being said, I loved Allie and Brack's story, they both kicked arse.

More Eon Warriors, please!!
I just loved this book and the series !! Love the tension, the dynamics between Brack and Ellie. She taught him how to love when he believed he was incapable of the emotion. Can't wait for Mark of Eon.
