Dirndl Womens Fantastic 3-Piece Gingham Dirndl with Apron

Bought this for Oktoberfest and I had TONS of compliments. I had two people tell me that whatever I paid for that dress, it was worth it. I ordered a 50 which translates to a real woman size of about a women's 20. The bodice fits very snug - and a hint, if you have a c cup or above, hold your bust above the lace while someone zips you up and then tuck your bust back in for modesty after you are zipped. I didn't figure this out the first time, but when I put it on the second time, did this, and it was markedly easier to put on. If you have curvy hips, you'll be fine, the skirt is super-full and twirls beautifully while doing the polka and Fliegerlied. The top can be worn modestly or brazenly and the fabric was very light and comfortable. I gave 4 stars ONLY because the waist fit about 3 inches above my waist and that was a bit bothersome and there are no pockets. I will definitely buy another dirndl from this company.

I ordered this in size 40, which fit the measurement guide to a T for my measurements. However, I believe that the chest size was meant for a size A cup as there is no way it was going to zip with my size D. The dress itself is extremely well made and is very cute on. Don't hesitate to order it!! But just know, if your cup size is anything bigger than A, order the next size up. I am headed to Oktoberfest in Munich this month so am so excited to show off my assets while there :) I've reordered in a 42 and feel it should fit just right! Amazon already received my return and issued the refund to my account (2 days!!)! I LOVE Amazon!!

This dirndl was such a welcomed find. I've been looking for one for Oktoberfest at work for months, and it was getting down to the wire. I was concerned about spending too much on a product that may not even fit, but really didn't want the sleazy costume store version.... after searching dozens of etsy, ebay and costume stores, there seemed to be no mid range, decent quality options. I did see 'dirndl.com', whom manufactures this product, but the website was all in German thus a bit hard to read. Although I was hoping to spend a little less, I must say when my dirndl arrived this morning (2 day shipping), I was thrilled to find a perfect fit, and great quality! If you're celebrating Oktoberfest and want an authentic, beautiful yet classy dirndl, I highly recommend this one. I would note however, this was perfect for me, but those fuller in the bust may need to size up.

I love my drindle but I ordered a size bigger than I usually wear and when I tried it on it was very tight through the bust. I loosened the ties and took off my bra and it fit better. I'm going to keep it even though its a bit tight, it will work. (It's suppose to make you look voluptuous anyway so there wont be a problem. Can't wait for Oktoberfest!

I just received this dress as a Halloween costume for this coming weekend. I tried it on, it fit perfectly but while unzipping the zipper it came off its track and broke completely. The zipper is a cheap plastic. I am taking it to the tailor for the zipper to be replaced with a quality one only due to the time restriction, otherwise I would return it. The dress itself is lovely and fit beautifully; I am extremely disappointed.

I ordered the 34/4 as I am usually a Small or 2 or 4 in dresses. Must have been marked wrong; it was huge. I tied the corset as tight as possible but it still was swimming. Besides that, the color is pretty and made ok. It's cotton - light and airy. I ordered a different dirndl (also a 4) to replace it and I am way happier with that one. Fits perfectly and the color looks more classic.

I received the Dirndl fast .It is was a nice outfit the fit just perfect.But the fabric had a large size flow in the fabric print that was very big and could be seen very easy . I would loved to keep the outfit but had to send it back.I still would love to by a dirndl but wonder about the quality.Thank you for your prompt service

I love the look of this. The detail on the bodice is a blue/red/gold flowered ribbon. Very cute! But the screen printing on the bottom of the dress is pink and green. The colors do not coordinate at all. Fit well: I'm a size 6 in regular clothes, 5'4" and 130lbs. I ordered a 36 and it was as shade too small, but the 38 would have been too big.
