Product is very well made, and has a good weight once put together. One thing that could improve is the instructions. Following instructions meant you had to go by shape and match up holes in pictures. The instructions had part numbers, but the parts had no labels. Didn't take long to put together. You will want two people towards the end for lifting. Otherwise, looks amazing.

I ordered this because for the price, it looked like a decent piece of furniture for coats/shoes. All the reviewers complaining about quality, haven’t looked up a hall tree made of real wood. These cost around $1000 or more. For this price, it’s a great deal!!Cons: The wood is thin and not 100% perfect. There were some small blemishes but nothing noticeable when put together. Also, nothing is labeled and all the pieces are put into a bag together with no rhyme or reason. So you have to really focus on the photos and screw holes to make sure you’re using the right pieces. It took me several hours to put together by myself because I kept grabbing the wrong pieces. Some only have one small hole difference so it can get confusing.Pros: The piece is beautiful!! The price is perfect for what you get, and I have a place to put 6 kids shoes when our friends come to play! The shoe holes are on the small side, but if you turn the shoes lace to lace and opposite each other, they will fit just fine!So glad to have a place to put coats so the kids don’t put them on the staircase! So annoying!

Love Love Love this tree hall. Best price I could find. Definitely recommend and get compliments all thr time on it. Fairly easy to assemble with help but does take some time and patience. Heavy and sturdy. Be careful when nailing the tiny nails to the back. We overlooked the tacks and only used thr nails which caused a small split but was able to wood glue it back. I chose to leave out two of the bottom shoe rack insert so I could fit bigger things if needed. The shoe shelves are longer/deeper than I thought. So that does help

Horrible. For the price I didn’t expect to get real wood or anything super fancy but I did expect to get some thing that would hold together and not crack and fall apart while I was putting it together. When I got the box it was very heavy and a couple of the pieces were scratched on the edges. It was easy enough to put together with the directions although it did take a little bit of time. It’s so flimsy and the screw holes are so loose though that when we were putting it together it cracked multiple times even though we were being super careful and gentle with the wood. It’s still standing but there are areas where the wood is cracked off or the screw completely fell out of the side of the board.I tried super gluing some of the pieces back on and it’s working for now, I’m not sure I would want to go through the hassle of returning this item since it is so heavy and took so much time to put together. I never write reviews but I thought that I was going to get something in better quality than I did so I felt like I should warn others. It looks beautiful in my home (besides the glued areas) and I would be much more happy with it if it was a little bit more sturdy and not so cheaply made when putting it together.

The unit itself goes together nicely with the instructions, but the unit is not the *highest* quality. Some of the veneer is already coming off of the product at the edges, the ends of some of the particle board are only painted to 'match' the adjacent colours and the backing ply for the unit is very flimsy.If I were to have bought the unit from Home Depot (Which was around $150 more) I would have returned it already, but the time involved in getting it in the house and assembling it has led me to keep the unit. All in all, it works for its intended purpose, but if you are looking for a 'high end' and durable option for a mud room, I would say look elsewhere.

Some pieces came damaged. I put it together myself, not too hard except the pieces are not labelled.As a finished product, it looks nice. We will see how it holds up over time

Good product, looks great, good quality construction and relatively easy assembly.

De très bonne qualité, facile à ensemble .Maintenant j'ai plus de problème avec les crochet qui arrache du mur et des souliers qui traîne partout . Et le banc es parfait pour ceux qui doivent s'asseoir pour mettre les souliers.
