Solid purchase
So far so good! Order arrived pretty fast. Fireplace looks good. Heater is okay but we live in the south so it’s not a huge deal. I was nervous about so few reviews but I can’t say anything bad about it so far. Will update if anything changes.

BUY IT!!!
The item is just as described and its absolutely beautiful!! You can choose color combos for the rocks and the "fire" , you can choose the speed of the flame and the heat actually warms a small room! The remote is an added bonus because I can sit in my recliner and turn it on....and and it has a timer!! Definitely happy with my purchase

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! FAKE as FAKE can be!
I would give Zero Stars if possible....Returning ASAP! What an absolute waste of time. This thing looks NOTHING like the photos presented by the manufacturer. This is as close to FRAUD as you can get...the manufacturer photo shows a very nice yellow/orange flame with specs of blue and a hint of a warm coal base. BUT in reality, the flame is so fake that it is distracting...reminds my of a laser light show. The flame color is absent any variation and it appears as a dim, fast splash of color on black cardboard. The coals/base product is absolutely ridiculous - it reminds me of the gems you might find in your kids costume jewelry - FAKE PLASTIC!!! It is also VERY distracting. The tray that holds the base was tie strapped into the fireplace. I had to cut the tie straps out to get the base to sit correctly in the tray. The base and flame brightness are tied together and the base outshines the flames by a lot. I am furious that I wasted my time installing the unit and now I must take it down. Caveat Emptor my friends...

Used with an elevated shelf unit and 65” TV...it’s going to get stone around it and it’s beautiful!! Very easy to mount and a tremendous value!!!

The Rave Worthy Fireplace
It's really beautiful and my parents are obsessed with it. It has a very natural feel to it but you can also go crazy and change the colors. It's like a rave for older people!

Affordable, elegant, flexible and a breeze to hang!
Wow! Super easy to hang. Hardest part was getting film off of glass.Lots of stone & flame color options. Will eventually mount into wall.

Easy install
I added this insert to an existing fireplace where there was a gas insert. The gas insert was broken and needed a lot of work to get up to code and working order. I decided to go electric. This works well and a good value.
