This door stopper works great and looks nice too. You need to put the tail under the door to keep it open. If youjust put the stopper in front of the door, I don't think it will work. It seems very sturdy and well made. I really like it.

Item is as shown in the picture. I’m using as a doorstop (bedroom door) and it holds it in place with no problem. The bottom area didn’t have any rough spots but I still added felt to protect my floors. It holds the door better than my rubber wedge shaped stop. It also adds a nice detail to the room.

I ordered this one over the others because it appeared lighter in color . I have dark floors and wanted this to stand out and not get lost in my floor....It's dark just like the others .

This is great for keeping our front door open. Sometimes the breeze closes the door without warning so it becomes stuffy. Now this weighted little bird’s tail slides under the door and is heavy enough to keep the door in place. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this doorstop for my parents after my puppy kept chewing on their plastic doorstop. Now she just leaves it alone!We use this doorstop for a lightweight interior door and it’s perfect.
