Wow. This fountain was easy to set up and worked reliably. My daughter's guests at her Saint Patrick's Day party loved it and it takes a lot to impress teens. We cannot wait for her end-of-year luau party to try out a blue punch. When we put carbonated beverages in it, it took a minute for the pump to work the gases out of the line and to once again pump, but it flowed beautifully. Also, it does splatter a little. However, I have yet to find a punch fountain that does not do this. My Wilton cascade fountain cost 3x as much, is a pain in the neck (doesn't let you put anything but distilled water in it), isn't quite as tall, and wasn't overall nearly as gratifying as this one. If you are the type of person who likes to host the impressive "events of the year", this is the buffet accessory for you. Please see the accompanying photo we posted of the fountain in use!!!!!

I really liked the fountain, but once I got it and plugged it in it didn't work, but the batteries did work with it but it wouldn't have lasted for the whole night for a wedding so for that reason was why I rated it a 3 but amazon was amazing for handling the situation to make their customers happy! Thank you so very much if wedding wasn't so close I would have reorder the item!

It complimented everything and set the wedding reception of with a nice little "wow". The thing I didn't know was how weak the streams are. Not much punch comes out of one spout at a time. I found that some of the guests got impatient and left with their cup half empty because of the time it took to fill the cup up but it wasn't such a big problem. But as far as the shipping and the product its self, phenomenal.

I purchased this for my daughter's baby shower and it worked perfectly. It looked beautiful, it was easy to assemble and also clean up and put away. The only negative was there was a little splashing from the spouts, but I bought a plastic tray to sit it on and the little water spray was contained.

I bought this for a New Years Eve Margarita party.. it was very easy to put together and we had it up and running in no time. There have been complaints of splashing by other reviewers and they are 100% correct, the item does splash a bit.. but it's understandable given the nature of the device. We put a towel underneath it to reduce the effects.That being said, we did have a major problem with it, that being that after about 5 minutes of it running we noticed it was leaking..... a lot. The leak was from underneath the base, and was definitely a manufacturer defect. I tried everything to "plug" it up but couldn't do it. It only leaked when it was running. Since we bought it for a specific purpose, we had to think of something, so I had to place a mixing bowl underneath it (see images for the one I uploaded with stainless steel bowl underneath) for the evening to catch the leakage and needless to say, it was a major inconvenience and wasted a full container of margaritas.Amazon service as always is phenomenal and we returned it that week for a full refund.For the price if you're looking for a margarita fountain, it's most likely a good buy for you, just don't expect anything about it to "wow" you.PROS:-easy assembly-option to use plugged in or battery powered-small footprintCONS:-somewhat cheaply made-lots of splattering-potential for manufacturer defect (should have better Quality Control in place to prevent)

I bought this for a party, but did not get to use it, so I had it stored away. I had another opportunity to use it after a while, and once I had it all assembled, the light would come on, but the liquid would not flow. I had a friend take a look at it so see what was wrong, and when he pulled it apart, the wires were so short inside, they separated from where it was welded. So now I have a fountain that is does not work, and cannot return due to the fact that I have had it for a while and one wire is disconnected. Considering buying another locally. and may toss this one eventually.

I bought this fountain to use for a baby shower. I put pink lemonaide in it, turned it on and it was splashing every where. I was VERY disapointed. Everyone had heard that I bought a fountain and was so excited to see it. I had stick stuff everywhere, my wall the floor and the table cloth was soaked. I tried using the battery power but it didn't pump hard enough to get the punch to the top.I called Stacks n stacks and a very nice lady call the company that made it. They told her that the first model they made pumped to slow and the model I have was a newer model and people said it pumped to fast. They told her to ask me to try some new batteries and name brand. It did pump better but still splashed.I thought the distance between the large bowl and the second bowl was to far. It was to high for the punch to drop from. So I used a fine blade hack saw and cut two inches off. I made sure the edges were I cut was clean and filed down. I put it back together and IT WORKED NO MORE SPLASHING.It still gives enough room for you to fill the cup and no more mess. Again, I tried this on my own. This was NOT recomended from the company. If I would of received it like the way I fixed it, I would of rated it 5 stars.
