Hard to read in normal bedroom lighting but got through it. Some good maneuvers in there I will be trying out.

I was expecting a little more pictures and more quality. This is all in black in white. It does the job of showing you a sexy yoga workout though.

All people need to do Yoga.

Love the book, very sexy/funny date night depending on the couple. Me and my boyfriend had trouble taking it seriously but we had a blast anyway

I had to do a research paper on benefits from yoga and sex. Though, it tells you how to get into a pose, which is great if you are new at yoga, it doesn't really explain too much detail on how it's beneficial sex wise.

Excellent book!! I reccommend this to anyone looking to spice up your relationship!!

I practice yoga. The poses in this book require much strength and they are NOT poses I would like to hold during sex. To me they do not promote intimacy and closeness. I was a bit shocked to say the least to see that Ellen's first book would be this and I had to look twice to make sure it was the same Ellen Barrett that I enjoy exercising with on t.v. so much. Sorry Ellen, my mind wasn't blown by this, only my cash.
