Wished it had come in a more rigid container

Not as good as other dried spinach I have used. I have to manually go through the flakes to remove all the firm stems

I’ve had a great time adding a touch of spinach to every recipe. Having dried spinach is a quick and easy way to pump up eggs to spaghetti.

With the other reviews, I almost canceled my order but am glad I did not. the leaves look as they would as if dried, dark gray-green but not brown. There are lots of leaf stems but fresh spinach has those too. I have cooked them with other dried vegetables and ramen noodles and beef stock and had a very nice meal.

I specifically chose this brand because the picture showed it in an 8 ounce foil pack and I wanted them for longer term storage. Instead, they came in clear plastic bags.While it looks like other dried spinach I have had (Frontier Organic dried spinach is chopped) I haven't tasted it as I want to store them and now will have to wrap them in foil I guess. I am opening the Frontier bag I got last year. Real Disappointed. I wont buy this again. Frontier's is in a 1 pound foil bag and I liked that this was a half a pound.

My husband, who says he hates spinach, has raved about the chicken pot pie, chicken soup, and spaghetti sauce into which I added this. I just crushed it about the size of parsley flakes...and he never suspected!! I found the flavor clearly better by the addition of these flakes! I never knew these existed!

I eat a lot of pre-mixed foods and it helps to add different seasonings to change the flavor a bit. I happened to like spinach and this product, for me anyways, is an outstanding option.

More bitter than other dried spinach I have tried. Cannot use.
