The strength of tungsten carbide has made it widely used for decades in industrial applications - it is four times harder than titanium, twice as hard as steel and almost impossible to scratch. The resulting metal can be designed into tungsten carbide wedding band rings that are both visually stunning to please the eye and durable enough to withstand everyday use. These rings can only be damaged through extreme measures, such as abrasion from diamonds or being struck with a hammer. Choosing Your Tungsten Carbide Wedding Band Ring Make sure you ask your jeweler which metal was used in the finishing or binding process. Many manufacturers of tungsten carbide wedding band rings use cobalt as a binder, mostly because it is cheaper to produce. The problem with cobalt is that it bonds with oils in the skin and leeches out of the ring resulting in oxidation. The oxidation appears similar to tarnished silver, but cannot be removed by polishing or grinding. The better choice is nickel-binder tungsten carbide which is chemically inert, will not oxidize and because it is hypoallergenic, there is no danger of irritation to the skin. Be careful about dealing with a jeweler that doesn't specify that their tungsten wedding bands are made with the nickel binder alloy.

Excellent value.
Excellent value for a ring of this stature. Same quality and brand as you'll find in better jewelry stores, but most will sell you one for $3-400 rather than tell you to go online and buy it for next to nothing. After purchasing this for my son for his wedding, he took it to the jewelry store where he bought her engagement ring and wedding band (jeweler was/is a friend on the brides family), they compared them side by side and they were identical.

Comfortable... Forget you're even wearing it
My ring came and fit perfectly (size 12). The finish is great, it looks great overall, and is extremely comfortable. I'm not a "ring guy" but this ring is so light that you can't even tell it's there. I wouldn't hesitate to order this ring, or anything else from this seller. They shipped extremely fast and the ring even came in a box.

I love my new ring
I love my new ring! My wife got this for me for Christmas and I love it. I work in construction and it has held up very well to manual labor. I cannot see any visual scratches and it still looks brand new.Sizing was right on with the ring I already had. I would buy this again if heaven forbid, I loose this one.

Ive had this ring for going on three years. No scratches and the black color is still there. I'm sure over the course of several more years there will be greater discoloration but it's still a very solid purchase.

Classy ring
I was surprisingly impressed with the quality of this ring. It is comfortable, has a decent weight and overall looks better than similar looking rings that I've tried out. Great value for the dollar.

Excellent quality
Very well made ring. So far the quality is just how I expected. Very heavy because it's tungsten my finger feels like it's getting a workout wearing it. Slightly bigger then expected but I wouldn't change it even if I could. And the price is awesome. I've seen similar rings for a lot more.

Love This Ring!
My fiancé and I love this ring. It is exactly what he wanted. Like others have said, the picture does not do the ring justice. It is way more gorgeous in person! The company is also amazing.
