Nustep best rehabilitation machine
I like that it does not require a power cord. Just batteries for the monitor. Easy to operate and adjust the settings, even for someone that is disabled or recovering from an injury. My wife used one at her physical theropy for her foot, so i bought her one to use at home. I looked at other brands, but they all require a cord and move at a set pace. The Nustep is all at your pace so she has been able to work her foot without it hurting from being over worked. They are a bit pricey, but well worth the money to get her back on her feet.

The NuStep is terrific. What is not terrific was the misinformation about NuStep needing assembly. The order was placed in January and received February 13During the waiting for shipment was contacted numerous times to set up appointment for assembly and had to reschedule each time until Shipment was ready. The fact that you as the rep for the seller did not know or failed to b find out that the Nu Step was to be delivered assembled and when the tech came to assemble there was nothing for him to do.As a customer wasted my time constantly to schedule an appointment and certainly the tech from CDN whose time is as valuable as mine.Due diligence on your part is certainly a recommendation.SincerelyE.Tepper

Mistaken review
the review that was posted regarding the warranty, was incorrect. Josh has been nothing but helpful, and we do have an active warranty on our machine. This is what happens when people do not have all the information in front of them before jumping to conclusions. I do recommend this company for their products.

After 1 year, the labor is on you
I don’t understand who is writing these glowing 5 star reviews. This certainly has not been the case with my Nustep. After about 100 strenuous workouts, my machine started losing resistance. The warranty says 5 years on parts but after 1year the labor is on you. It cost a lot ofmoney, at least $200, just to have someone come and look at the machine. In addition, the step sensor malfunctioned after about two years or 100 1hr workouts, they sent me the part for free, and I was able to install it myself. Unless you are able to install it yourself you are looking at an expensive labor cost.

great machine. The hardest part is getting started. After using the NuStep it almost becomes a joy to exercise.

The NuStep is Changing my Life!
I have been eyeing the NuStep for the past 5 years and finally bought a refurbished T4/TRS4000 through the NuStep company.I have MS, and I learned from NuStep that this machine was invented for the wife of one of the inventors that has MS. So the MS community is very close to their hearts. That's a good thing ... because I have YET to find a machine that is as good as this one. Pricey, yes ... but you really get what you pay for.I have arthritis in my neck and lumbar spine, have had 3 knee reconstructions on my right knee and also have MS and Fibromyalgia. Exercise has become quite impossible with me given all of the physical issues. However, this machine allows me to exercise even WITH all those crazy things. The seat is super comfortable and does not cause lumbar or sacral pain. The motion is so steady and even with the arms and legs and it does not torque my knees or neck. It's really quite amazing.None of my local gyms or YMCA's had one of these machines ... the closest was a recumbent bicycle which was "ok" but always caused lumbar pain for me. This has legs elevated in a way that they are inline with the hips. This decreases the stress on the lower back in an amazing way. I wouldn't have believed it until I had one.My setting: Resistance = 3, 165 steps per minute average (this gives me quite a cardio workout) x 40 minutes. This is the machine for me ... for life.Love it and can not recommend it enough!
