Does work with some caution
Surprisingly it does work but be careful . It doesn't come with a UK adaptor . Luckily I had a usb power pack with the right power rating. It does work if you're not too ambitious. Seems to work best on metal cutlery and if it doesn remove food entirely , it certainly helps loosen .I'm actually glad it didn't come with adaptor as I wouldn't want to plug this into a mains socket so happy to use a usb power pack . Also one of its cleaning modes buzzes and can be quite loud . So a suprise that it works but it does come with a few caviates.
