Was dubious after reading the mixed reviews, but I needed something like this.It's well packagedYes it comes with a new adapter and it has a 2 pin plug but very secureThe material is more like velvet type, lovely and soft.Tried it first on my knees, as a long haul recovery plus arthritis and fibromyalgia and I don't take painkillers so I prefer heat, keeping bones warm.Low setting as picture warmer than a hot water bottle.I look forward to trying it on my damaged neck when freezing weather comes.Only thing is as my nose is now over sensory I can smell it as its heating up, but it's new. There are washing instructions, and general instructions.

Yes I have had a few of these type of things in the past this is probably the fastest at warming up, nice feel, turns off after the time you want it to so you can fall asleep using it. I think this is the best one I have had.

Wow!!!Made the mistake of having this delivered to my office. I opened the box to see the size. Discovered that it was well padded and beautifully soft so of course I couldn’t wait to get home to try it - I had to put it on there and then!!!I organised it on my office chair with the leads off to the side closest to the plug and switched it on. Turned it up to the maximum setting and longest timer option then sat down. Wow! This is not like an electric blanket where it takes 10-15 minutes to heat up. I was instantly toasty!Then I made my second mistake - “look at this” I said, “have a go on this” I boasted! The first brave volunteer sat down and had the same reaction as me so of course everyone wanted a go! No work was done for about 20 minutes while we all admired this mini heat giver!Then most of my colleagues had to order one - it’s the latest office gadget and the answer to our drafts problems. No longer will we need headache inducing convector heaters!Unfortunately I also need to by another one. For my house 🙄 Which was the original plan to help with fibromyalgia aches and pains.My only complaint is the plug. It’s an international two pin with a mini adaptor that fits poorly. The lead also isn’t terribly long but the many heat options and timer options make up for that. Who cares about office health and safety anyway? If they didn’t see the bright white lead hanging off my chair maybe they deserve to trip lol.Highly recommend

It is an excellent heat therapy and particularly for myself after a long busy working day this helps. At the moment weather is not too cold but if it get colded then this one will even be better. Again, the primary purpose for my to buy it is to provide myself heat therapy.

So happy I brought this, I think it will be my new comfort go-to during the cold winter instead of my hot water bottle. The material is so soft and very comfortable and it makes it easy to wrap around any part of my body.I would definitely recommend.

Great bit of kit. Switch on and it comes on with useful auto-settings. Very easy to use. Feels safe and well made.

This heat pad is a Godsend to me and my husband. We both suffer from arthritis me more so. I am disabled and always in pain mainly my back. There are 6 heat settings but I find the 4th one to be perfect. I use mine every day for effective pain relief. Gone are my days of microwave barley cushions!

Beware! This item does not have a UK 13amp mains plug. It has an EU to UK adaptor and the one I was sent was a very poor fit and did not work at all. It was clearly a cheap import and of very poor quality. Returned for refund, which Amazon very promptly paid into my account. I was also disappointed with size of the pad which, in the photos looks much bigger than the actual pad I received. My feeling is that all electric items available to UK buyers should be supplied with standard kite-marked UK 13amp plugs. Anything else is a potential health hazard.

Excellent pour se réchauffer partiellement. Je m'en sers également pour réchauffer mon lit quelques minutes. Il chauffe très bien et je ne le mets jamais au maximum. C'est très agréable comme compagnon de fauteuil le soir :-)

Sono contento dell'acquisto.Punti positivi:Molto semplice l'usabilità del prodotto.Anche se le istruzioni sono solo in inglese usarlo è intuitivo: Tasto on/off e due pulsanti separati per la regolazione della temperatura e del timer di auto-spegnimento.La temperatura ha 6 livelli di intensità: 40, 45, 48, 52, 56, 60 gradi.Il timer di spegnimento consente di scegliere tra 4 opzioni: 30, 60, 90, 120 minuti.E' possibile scollegare il cavo per pulire il cuscino che è lavabile.Il tessuto è molto morbido.La lunghezza del cavo misura circa 1,20m dalla spina fino alla scatola dei pulsanti di regolazione, e da quest'ultima fino al cuscino circa 70cm.Per il cuscino da 60x30 cm è indicato un consumo massimo di 75W.Come unici punti negativi che ho trovato:Forse il cavo poteva essere più lungo ma il problema è facilmente risolvibile usando una prolunga.Il segnale che rappresenta i livelli di intensità del calore doveva essere stampato all'inverso ma questa è una pignoleria e non rappresenta un problema.Magari se dovessi ricomprarlo prenderei quello un po' più grande da 76x40cm.

Tacto muy suave, coge temperatura muy rapidamente y para tratar el lumbago me ha venido fenomenal. Calienta rapido, y tiene varios modos de tiempo para autoapagado,aunque le falta uno de 15 minutos en mi punto de vista. El tamaño es justo para zona lumbar u hombros, pero no para espalda completa. Se puede guardar facilmente en la cajita que trae y no ocupa mucho sitio.
