I'm usually a 9 but these where a bit on the small size for me. I'd recommend going up at least 1 size than you normally do.Quality seemed very nice though and the company gave me a refund and said i could keep the shoes (I think they're a a Chinese company).Due to good customer service i'll recommend them.

Propper hurt your ankles and feet. They Put feet in funny angle. You Struggle to walk in them. Blisterd feet.Didnt realise was to make you taller. Took indert out and its massive, how girls do this is wedges and heels.I ended up taking them out and putting normal size insert in them

THese are good shoes, we’ll made and fit well too - I have to say the ‘height increasing’ but didn’t penetrate my brain as I bought them, and I find the heeled insole a bit too weird. Thankfully though you can haul the insoles out so I bought some cheap ones separately and now it’s all hunky dory

Could have been better if the insoles was not so fat and the base was made better.
