Worst product. Not able to cook rice

I've got mixed feelings about this rice cooker. On the one hand, it comes with a nice measuring cup and a sturdy, good-quality plastic ladle - handy accessories that show some thought went into the overall package. On the other hand, the trivet's conspicuous absence is a major letdown. I mean, what's a rice cooker without a trivet? It's like selling a car without wheels! The rice cooker itself works okay, but the lack of a trivet makes it feel incomplete. I'm not sure what's going on with the seller's quality control, but hopefully, they'll get their act together soon. If you're in the market for a rice cooker and don't mind taking a chance on a potentially incomplete package, then this might be the product for you. Just don't say I didn't warn you... Current status, applied for replacement, unfortunately, it has not been successful. The refund has been initiated, however, it has not yet been picked up. It has been over a week since the process started.

After one year of use, it started malfunctioning. The fuse was gone. even after fixing multiple times, it stops working frequently.

Very nice cooker

An all in all good product. But the screws on the lid caught rust after one month of use. Bought it for 999/- during sale, nevertheless good deal. Sufficient for a family of upto 4. Comes with two pots
