Hands down so easy to use and it has been lasting me forever. Just make sure to only put distilled water in it. Worth the buy. I do make sure to mop my house first before using this but this just makes sure I sanitize my house quickly.

Took a bit to figure out how to use it. Realized the action of pulling and pushing the mop creates the steam. Giving 4 stars only because the feature that is used to spray floor cleaner doesn't work well/ or really at all. It just foams up and runs down, won't spray. I tried everything to get it to work (brand new batteries, properly secured bottle of cleaner, ensured it wasn't clogged, which it is brand new so shouldn't be clogged in the first place, etc) I also don't like that it requires a separate power source from the cord, it takes batteries. Despite the malfunction I still really love this steam mop! And honestly didn't need the floor cleaner. Which I love knowing my floors aren't covered in harsh chemicals to be clean. Our bassett hound has sensitive skin and I would notice her getting a rash on her feet causing her to chew at them. I believe it was attributed to having to use heavy cleaners to get my tile clean. Since using this mop I have noticed her skin irritation has subsided. So definitely pet approved! My tile floors are white so as you can imagine is absolutely maddening when it comes to keeping the house looking and actually being clean. This mop made my floors cleaner than they have ever been. My floors always felt sticky and grimy even after mopping but with this steam mop I no longer have that issue and I love that! The mop does have some weight to it (not extreme by any means my kids can use it 11 & 12 year old) but I'm glad because the weight makes it easy to clean the floors without having to scrub them incessantly like I had to do before with a regular mop. It also makes the steam feature function easily. In heavy traffic areas I can litterally just place the mop over it and the heat and weight from the steam pulls dirt and stains right up. This mop cut my usual mop time MORE than in half. Extremely easy to maneuver. Reasonable cord length. Mop pad & velcro used to attach it are good quality. Mop pad is easy to clean. All in all a good purchase for the money. I actually enjoy mopping my floors now. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible nothing like the older generation. Stops steaming every couple of minutes garbage.

My friend told me her Shark steam mop died after 5 years and she loved it so much that she was going to replace it. My hard floors don't look so great, but I wasn't sure about this product so I bought a pretty inexpensive refurbished model, not higher end at all. I love the dang thing. It does a great job on my floors, and even though the water tank is not huge, it doesn't need to be refilled quickly. I feel like it really cleans my floors and they look good after. And it's just a matter of mopping; as you do, it presses down on the handle and creates the steam. It's easy and effective. I can't believe I love this little mop, but I do.

The shark steam mop is great. Im mad because I did not Receive my black gloves xl size.they claim was Delivered .I did not receive them.

Works okay but I cant seem to get it to stay steaming. Def does the job but takes awhile.
