Worked once, then packed up - have had to arrange to return it
I purchased this item for my elderly mother who has been ill and struggling under lockdown. I spent ages putting photos on an SD card for her, we went through them just once and packed it back in the box for safekeeping. I took it out for her a couple of days ago - dead as a dodo. No sign of life whatsoever. She was very disappointed as was I. Now I've got the difficulty of finding some way of wrapping this parcel again - original bag long since gone binward - and find time to take it to possibly the creepiest Hermes shop on the planet.Buy something else

No facility to move frame view forward in photo display mode - correction - have found that photos can be afdvanced using up and down navigation keys (not right and left - confusing)No facility to toggle between SD card & USB input

Dissapointing xmas present
Annoying as you can see from the pictures there is no wall mount option even though its described on the instructions. Also the leg stand will not connect and snap into place.
