Bergner Uniblade Chef Knife, Silver, 20 cm

An absolute bargain.Brilliant straight out of the box.I've been using it constantly since I got it.Takes a fantastic edge off the steel and keeps it for ages.Great weight and balance.I recently spend £40 on a knife and this compares favourably.

Not tested yet.Very sharp, cuts paper test easy (9 out 10) for factory sharpness.No defects, 1 single piece, fully sealed plastic packaging.No finger guard, bevel edge cut, cuts right to back of knife blade.Should be easy to sharpen, stainless steel. (Hand wash only).Fits well in the hand, good weight. (No bad edges). (Good thickness medium, to thin blade )...I'd not recommend to use to to cut bones,, (you want a thicker, stronger knife), but a good chopper for non bone stuff. (I'd worried about chipping blade edge).I'll update feedback, after I start to use it.Update.Used it yesterday to cut up some meat for stir fry.Great, sharp, cutter through meat easily on wooden board.You have to bend up , to cut strip's due to size, I'd say a longer version of this would be better.Maybe this size for vegetables etc.More feedback to come, as I'm using different knives at the moment.

This knife is absolutely superb- beautiful looking in stainless steel, and doesn't weigh much!! The handle doesn't slip like I find a lot of my stainless steel knives do. For the value, it is an amazing chef knife. The size is just right, the blade is awesome. This knife is also really versatile, it's all I have been using since I got it!! Best knife purchase ever!!

La hoja se ve duradera. Cometí un error de principiante. Pone claramente que es cuchillo de chef. Las medidas son para la hoja solamente. Yo pensé que era de todo el cuchillo. Es muy grande. Pero es que es cuchillo de chef. La calidad es muy buena
