Don't waste your money on plastic cat pans, get this. The side's are high enough that it doesn't go over the edge. Big enough for large cats. The best part is that the cat litter, pretty much slides right out, It's amazing. No more scrubbing the plastic pans and them looking like crap (no pun intended)!

After years of grumbling about traditional cat litter trays inability to keep clean and their inevitable permanent aroma due to the permeability of the plastics and vinyls, I chose to try the stainless steel alternative. Cue trumpets. ALL of the faults of non-stainless steel trays are gone. I have since changed out all of my old cat trays for the stainless steel trays and my life is better. The trays are easy to clean. They stay cleaner longer. They are durable and do not (obviously) become saturated with odors. They are worth the higher price as they will last longer than any cats (or their caretakers).

It took quite some time to find a cat box that for the enclosure we made by hand - this finally solved all of our issues! Many boxes we used in the past were wide but not long enough. Both our cats have no issue with this one! The best part is the height of the walls - no more overspray issues or kicking the litter out all over the room! It is also super easy to clean, we scrub it down every few weeks and it doesn’t retain THAT cat smell 😁

I use grass seed litter (Multi cat So Phresh brand made by Petco) which is the best I’ve tried because the clumps are strong but don’t stick, and the litter doesn’t turn to dust like other plant based litters. CONS: *Price - I’m pretty sure this is a rebranded steam table serving pan like the kind you see at buffets. Those cost quite a bit less and you can find them on Amazon in whatever size you want for $10-$20 less than this. Even cheaper if you buy a multi pack for multiple cat households.

Using stainless steel litter boxes are the best choice, especially if there are multiple cats in the home. I foster approximately 40 kittens each year. These are easy to scoop and to clean. They have a smooth surface, so bacteria and litter have nowhere to hide. There are no seams, so disinfecting them is very fast and easy. I also use these for my own cats. They don't retain any odor when emptied and cleaned. A note to those who may be new cat owners, never use chlorinated bleach to clean litter boxes. It is difficult to be certain that certain that all traces of chlorine have been removed, though chlorine virtually guarantees that all viruses, bacteria and larvae have been destroyed. It simply requires careful attention to ensuring that all traces of bleach are rinsed away.

We were absolutely at a loss on what to do with our litter boxes because they always stunk no matter what litter we used. We finally bought one of these and we are never going back to plastic. The smell is so much better, we threw out all the old boxes and bought 3 of these. They are deep enough to keep litter in, they are sturdy, it’s so easy to scoop and clean, the money is well worth it!

I hoped this would be easier to clean, but it wasn’t, so it was overpriced for a litter box. Perhaps the selling point is that it will keep its newness overtime as opposed to plastic litter boxes that hold a stain or smell after a while and need to be thrown out. My cats used it right away and it does hold a lot of litter, so it is my favorite litter box.

Super 👍🏼!! Wollte das Katzenklo in einem Schrank versteckt haben und suchte ein passende Größe. Der Rand ist zwar etwas höher als gewöhnlich, dafür kann meine Katze nicht mehr dadrüber pinkeln 👍🏼. Meine Katze hat die Toilette sofort gut angenommen. Sehr stabile Toilette, die bestimmt ewig halten wird!! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!!

This is the best litter tray I’ve ever had. It has a great rim with no sharp edges, which I love as my cat likes to stand along the edges of the pan to do her business. It cleans out nicely, seems great quality and the size was absolutely perfect for her litter house. I thought the height was perfect too! I ordered the 21.1” x 13.1” x 5.9” size. Very happy with this purchase. :)
