Fixed the problem.

Used in combination with a dual-flush kit and works just fine.
Fit perfectly for my Eljer. Had to scrape off remnants of old gasket - used a box knife sideways.

Gasket did not work correctly. It would not create a tight seal on my Eljer Toilet. I would not recommend this product to anyne repairing a leak on an Eljer; it just made things worse.
