Refrigerator
I LOVE my frig, My beverages are cold and I have alot of space within the refrigerator. The sides does get hot when You first power it up and if You keep the door open for an extended amount of time. It's not a quiet refrigerator but it's also not too loud either. Overall, My refrigerator is of great quality and I'm extremely pleased.

Easy warranty exchange from Edgestar
We were very happy with this beverage cooler for about 5 months until it started running constantly, ignoring the temp control, and freezing our beverages. We unplugged the unit and did a full defrost a few times with no improvement. So I emailed Edgestar explaining the situation. They clearly explained the return process, and shipped us a new unit in less than a week. We used the packaging from the new unit to box up the original and dropped it off at a UPS store with a free return label Edgestar provided. Quick and painless. I'm giving 5 stars because things can break. That can't always be controlled. But great customer service is what really mattered here.

Disappointed
You would think a cooler like this would last longer and I agree these low reviews are valid. Sadly, I have to review in past tense because it is already dead after a year's use. It was louder than it should've been, it did not cool like it should've done, and now it doesn't even work at all.

Great Value Drinks Cooler
Very good value with plenty of storage variations to cater for bottles and cans. Really quiet operation. Looks good under the counter top.

Great looking, wish it got colder
The media could not be loaded. Looks great, structurally looks high end. There is a small fan in the back that you see and hear running (when door is open). I didn't have that with my old beverage fridge. Arrived with a dent on the side ( I think from shipping), but Amazon offered a discount and I kept it.

Disappointed in quality.
Arrived with dents in the door, back frosts up, on off button doesn’t work, and is very loud. Design is nice though.
