I bought this for a 4 year old who loves dinosaurs. The interactive book is great, they can match up the dinosaur to the pictures with info & then hear the sounds. The book is not too loud and the best part is that it comes with 3 extra batteries. The dinosaurs themselves are just the right size and very sturdy. It was a great gift & I enjoyed sitting with her & comparing the dinosaurs.

I have purchased about 10 of these sets of dinosaurs and accompanying book. I like the sound board that clarifies how to pronounce the name of the dinosaur, its sound and the book that provides other information. The figures are sturdy, stand well without fail and create a real adventure! Good for 3 and up to 7-8 years old! Love this!

My Lil cousin loved the dinosaurs so much! The book is awesome and the kids love to hear the sounds from their favorite dinosaur.

My 3 year old granddaughter is obsessed with dinosaurs and she was thrilled with this set. The dinosaurs are sturdy and all stand alone. The book is also sturdy pressboard. One of the 12 buttons does not work which is a little disappointing. She keeps pushing that one and asking why it doesn’t work. When you push a button a man’s voice says the name of the dinosaur and then you hear it roar. He seems to speak with an Italian accent so my daughter and I found that amusing. The book has a few spots with grammatical errors, like maybe it was translated from another language and the translator didn’t get it completely right. For instance, Stegosaurus was covered in bony plates that “helped to absorb energy from the sun and make it looks bigger.” Not my typo, the book says looks, not look. But it’s quite interesting, and provides, in addition to the man saying the name, written pronunciations and name “translation” - Stegosaurus’ translation is Roof Lizard. I assume they mean that’s what his name means. Anyway, worth what I paid and I do recommend it.
