Finally found a pair of kitchen scissors that are not only durable but also easy to use and clean. I place mine on my fridge using the magnet it comes with, truly makes it so much easier to find and use every day.

I got this for cutting meat and poultry. It is better than knife when I buy a whole chicken and cut the parts myself. A good poultry scissors is essential for a good cook. This one comes with magnetic cover so it can affix to the fridge for easy access for me. You can also take them apart for sanitary cleaning. I do run them in my dish washer from time to time. I know it might weaken the sharpness but I prefer to have sanitation, sterilized scissors in the kitchen. Also, it is take a lot of washes to get dull. From my past experience, this will last at least 4-5 years if you use it frequently at least. It is only 10 dollars and if it gets dull, I just get a new pair. very good for someone like me who likes to cook.

They come apart to easily. Using them like knives not great.

Swiss Army knife of kitchen scissors. The scissors are sharp, strong and cut with ease. There are a bunch of other devices on these (box opener, bottle cap remover, etc etc etc).My only suggestion is they should include a schematic.....

I use these for cutting meat and cutting salads. Makes life easier for me. They're sharp, easy to clean, ergonomic, and easy to clean. This was a great buy!

The magnet on the back of the scabbard is VERY weak, it can barely hold the weight of the empty scabbard to the face of my refrigerator. So when I slip the scissors in their scabbard they slide down and fall off. which caused the scabbard to crack and fracture indicating that a rather brittle formulation of plastic is used for the scabbard (and the handles?). I do not hold out much hope as to the long term survival of the scabbard ( already broken after two weeks) or of the handles as they appear to be molded of the same plastic formulation ( I'll give it six months or less before the handles crack or break.). I'd suggest a thicker (i.e. stronger by a factor of 4 or more) sheet magnet on the back of the scabbard, maybe thicker plastic on the scabbard and add some UV inhibitor and plasticizer. And I haven't even begun my analysis of the blades and their geometries

What a nifty tool. I primarily bought to have scissors that disassemble for easy washing in the kitchen. But, it is a beautiful multi-functional design. I use daily; a wonderful gift idea for newly weds or those setting up their first kitchens!

Excellent for use in the kitchen. Very sharp and the grips help with stubborn lids. Magnetic holster keeps them handy

The fridge magnet is strong enough to hold the scissors, but I feel like the edge won't last long
