Using this for a pad for a 20 gallon rimless aquarium. It works very well but might be just too thick. The 1/8 inch might be better but I think it’ll be just fine. Easy to cut and very nice cushion. I like the waterproof of it too!

I used it to line drawers of a wood working tool chest. The materal is durable and easy to cut. I would recommend this product.

I cut this stuff to match my shoe insoles, then put it underneath my insole. Just to clarify, I do not use this by itself - only under my current insole. Boy does it transform a shoe. The 1/8" is great all-around material. I use the 1/4" for really awful footwear, work boots, or shoes/boots that have gotten a little roomy.

Used this as a liner in the drawers of my tool cart. I cut out the shape of each tool with an exacto knife so each tool stays in its place. Keeps the drawers nicely organized.

I like neoprene for a number of purposes. This is thin but sturdy and can be used to package small items that you don’t want to shift in transit. I can cut this to the size I need. It’s one of my favorite materials. The flat finish of neoprene makes a good background to photograph small, light colored items that would get lost on a lighter or shiny background material. I only wish they made this available in other colors as well.

I bought this for a motorcycle seat project. The foam quality is fine. It is doing the job I bought it for. Unfortunately, when I opened the plastic package, I was smacked in the face with the stench of stale cigarette smoke. This foam smells like it's lived a hard life in a motel room off of the Vegas strip. Fortunately, I won't have my nose to my motorcycle seat, so I hopefully won't notice it. If you are planning to use this for costuming or home interior projects, you may want to reconsider. I ordered two different thicknesses, and they both smell the same.I have purchased neoprene from other suppliers in the past, and they had no cigarette smell.

These pads are narrower than I expected. They smelt strongly of rubber. Had to air it out for a few days. Bought to prevent regular mattress from moving. Currently, it seems to be working.
