I bought this for my mother and she is thrilled with it. It is sturdy, holds her huge hammock and it is light enough that she can move it around her yard by herself. I would give it 5 stars were it not for the fact that the box can VERY damaged and the entire assembly for the wheels was gone, so instead of being able to wheel it around she has to drag it. It took me less than 5 minutes to pet together so all in all this was a great purchase...the delivery employees need to be more mindful or it needs to be in stronger packaging...only complaint!

The hammocks looked great they were easy to put together (i am handicapped with surgery from car accident on arm and well the entire thing) to make clear i bought hammock from Target on sale.I then began a look for a stand with wheels the wheels and the brace wear plastic, well they broke immediately.I love hammock but the wheeling around sucks, like i said i have issues moving items so needed the wheels>but i love the hammock and well i bought at Target, bought the stand which i could not use, except i really can use stand but the wheels were really bad and did not work. don't know what to take up to you?Maybe you could send me a new wheel set. The box was open on each end. Lots of tape on it Fedex driver that delivered it commented himself that the box was in rough shape. It was later being delivered than promised between 2-3 days past due date. Ordered it for Father's Day and made it by Saturday which cut it too close. I was afraid it was not going to make it. It was suppose to arrive Thursday. The parts were there but no instructions on how to put the wheels on. So not sure if the parts are all there. Easy to assemble and very sturdy but 2 people need to move it as recommended.

We ordered this piece along with a fabric style hammock; it handles our weight without any problems and the height is adjustable when it comes to the hammock chain; Now for the Cons: the wheels are a joke they flex under the weight of the stand, your better off picking the stand up and moving it; next: where we live we get a good amount of wind; with the fabric hammock attached the stand has tipped sideways multiple times (without us in it of course).

I bought this hammock several weeks ago and it came without a set of the lock pins. I contacted the company and even though there were a couple communication complications they ended up sending a whole new hammock! The product itself is really great! It is weather proof and works perfectly with the hammock we already had! I would definitely recommend!

The frame is sturdy cant say the same for the wheels though. Had to move so I could mow and the wheel base snapped in half could have been because of realky thick grass but moves just as easily w/o them. It did come with a missing leg cover but thats not big issue for me.

The only reason you need tools is to attach the wheels to the frame. The posts attach by pressing a spring loaded button that keeps everything in place and with me weighing 230lb's and my wife weighing... well not 230 lbs we can both be on the hammock and it's still solid as a rock with the 450lb limit.This winter we'll simply pull the 5 polls apart and store them in the shed. We should have purchased this at the beginning of sommer!

Looks great! Bought this one because of the wheels. Turns out the wheels are not so great, could have been user error but we tossed them. It’s easy enough to move with 2 people, can be done with one but takes more time.
