What a waste of time, how can this product not be compatible with leading market phones. Surly having a USB-C connection means the phone must be less than 4 years old?I suspect Thermal have had serious problems with the USB-C implementation so the product is probably a "dead duck"

The quality of the image on the edges is some times a bit disappointing, as it tends show some kind of glare/circle effect (see first image at the bottom in particular). Basically, you don't get the same measurement whether the object is in the center or on the edge, which is a bit disturbing. In general, after comparison with other measurements it seems to me that the accuracy (even in the center) is around +-2 degrees which is not ideal for absolute measurements that's why I am putting this device in the category gadget. But the relative accuracy is still quite good, as you can see very small variation of temperature in the image (less than 0.5 degrees). It is quite cool to see the thermal print of my hand on the desk, or the feet on the stairs, staying a few seconds later. So really cool gadget. For a professional use, using the relative accuracy you should still be able to see some cold bridge in a building or hot parts in a device (e.g. a water tank)
