Afterburner Fitness Machine, Black

The machine produces good results WHEN IT WORKS. The problem is that it breaks CONSTANTLY and getting parts to fix it takes forever if you are lucky. We have owned this for almost three years and I doubt we have gone 6 months without something breaking. It broke most recently 9 months ago and we have been trying diligently to get the part we need ever since. We get promises from time to time, but no parts. "Lifetime Warranty" is a complete joke. If we could reliably get new parts I would give this a good rating (and I told the owner as much), but going 9 months at a time unable to use it is totally unacceptable.UPDATE: It has now been over one year since I requested the replacement parts. The owner did write back in July and said he had sent them to me twice since I asked last September. However, they never arrived, nor did he provide any evidence, such as a tracking number, that he ever shipped them. He also said he would ship them to me "again" but like before, they never got here, and he gave no tracking number or anything else to indicate he did what he said he would. I last emailed him over a week ago (I've also left several message on voice mail over the last year), but as usual, he ignored me, and I seriously doubt at this point that I ever hear from him again.This is an unreliable and frustrating company to deal with. Stay away.

This machine is awesome. Easy to use, Get ready to bring your workout to a whole new level. With summer around the corner I'm counting on this to whip me into great shape. Use it 3-4 times a week for 10-15min. Saves me time to not have to hit the gym, I just pull this out from under my bed and go to it. Design is impressive and so well engineered. Using muscles I didn't know I had which is great. Love this machine very happy with purchase

the Afterburner's wheel-track system broke on me after just a week of normal-light use. The product is made out of a bunch of plastic, light aluminum, and ten dollar resistance bands. I only weigh 165, and it started grinding like a stuck sliding glass door. So naturally, I returned because a $1,000+ workout machine shouldn't be breaking within the first week. Amazon was kind enough to keep 20% of my purchase for a restocking fee for an item that broke because of faulty engineering. I'll stick to physical stores for my big purchases in the future, they don't make you pay for returning the company's crap products. It feels like it's worth about $160, not $1,600.

This machine is amazing. It is easy to put together and easy to store if needed - but this machine is so much fun there will be no need to store. Also, everyone I know that uses this machine has completely gone crazy over this and they have had some stupendous results. We all say, "we just don't have time to workout" so this is definitely the answer. Since you can workout from home, you can easily put in your 20 minutes before your shower in the morning or after work. No excuses now....let's go!
