Got my first one back in college when dial-up internet was the big thing. We use different colors to identify different lithologies. I like to be fancy, what can I say? Great quality as always and definitely worth the $ when matching the color is important.

My wife is a painter and I'm a photographer that specializes in art reproduction (it's how we met). The Pantone system is a must-have for proper color management when translating the artwork into digital files. Yes, it's expensive. But the Pantone numerical system is built into Photoshop, making it possible to accurately reproduce critical colors. I would purchase this item again in a heartbeat.

Exactly what it says on the description. Colours are vivid, the cards are good quality.

This has been an amazing tool for me as an artist. For this reason its still a solid 4 star even with some major flaws. It has cut down on bad color prints to equal its paid value already plus the time and frustration of getting merch you cant use is cut.Flaws:The CMYK map for every bottom color is covered by the plastic part that holds all the cards together. You can still use the RGB but its a pain if you are working in CMYK for printing.The paper used is pretty thin. For an item that gets so much use it will start to show wear sooner then it should for the price tag.

This came in perfect condition, in a great box with a plastic insert to securely hold it in place. Paper is a little thin, but still a super useful book. Very nice to have the CMYK and RGB values. Shipped very fast, I think I got it the next day!

La qualité des couleurs Pantone est vraiment mauvaise... On voit clairement le grain utilité dans les couleurs, vraiment pas top pour choisir une couleur. La qualité du papier est aussi pourrie, bien moins épais que du papier ordinaire, on dirait qu'on va tout déchirer quand on regarder une couleur et certaines couleurs collent ensemble. Est-ce vraiment un original ou une copie de Chine ?
