It definitely makes me conscious of my slouching, I did get stuck in it though trying to take it off without undoing the straps - so my suggestion is def don’t do that. There are now videos of me trapped in the posture corrector floating around Instagram

This shipped without any documentation or instructions. I received the brace in a box... a “here ya go, good luck” type deal. As far as efficacy goes, I’m 6’5” with broad shoulders. The straps are not long enough to provide any meaningful results. My girlfriend, however, found some comfort. I recommend purchasing only if you’re 5’7” or below.

I should have listened to other reviews first. They were right about not for everyone. My boyfriend is 6' tall and weight 203 lbs. And this is too small for him. Straps are not long enough. Wished I know the dementions before I ordered it.

I've wanted to get a posture correcter for a while but this did not work for me at all.It digs into my arm pit area. If I loosen it, it loses the correcting effect.I also had an issue with the back rising up pushing on my neck making it even more uncomfortable.

Size fits most. It’s relatively comfortable but not sure how much it serves the purpose of relieving pain because I’ve not worn mine long enough.

Appearance material: The quality is very good, and you can't feel a hump when wearing a close-up and your waist is straight. Wear effect: After several days of wearing, the effect is good. I hope to completely change the hump after wearing it for a while.

I bought this item and I didn’t try it on because it had other accessories that I needed to attach. I wanted something that I can just put on and go. It’s not what I expected.

Very helpful with back and shoulder to keep the right posture. I use it everyday.
