I love those madeleines, it remind me when I was a young girl in France, we bought those all the time at the "patisserie" across the street when we lived.I love those Madeleines, we used to buy them all the time in France at the "patisserie" across the street where we lived. Good memories. French pastry are the best, my favorite is: "baba au rhum", this one is made of spongy dough deeped into a syrup made with rhum "Bakardie" brand, water and sugar which the best rhum, I did them myselve when I came to the USA for my children.
