Sturdy and holds great between my doorway to my second room. It came with the boxing gloves and pump to make it easier to use. You can adjust the amount of weight with the air pump. I like it for keeping in shape and to build up self defense methods when necessary. It's a great value for the price.

It requires drilling screws into door frame. It is not feasible for use if you live in an apartment. If you are looking for something without the need to drill anything in the wall, this is not what you want.Also if you try to extend this bar be careful not go too far. The extendable arm will fall off from the internal bolt and it is a pain to get it back in.

Hubby wanted one for his birthday, but I had always been reluctant to buy one, because we don't have the storage space. So after searching for the one that "may" work, I came across this one. Well, because it comes with a pull up bar/hanging bar, this was the BEST thing that I could have purchased for him. It fits in the door and he can takes it down after use. The quality is very good and I would recommend this to anyone that is short on living space.

The, gloves, bar and outer bag are fine, quality products. The air bladder of the inner bag burst the first time I struck (with gloves on) it after assembly. I will keep it, but will have to replace the inner bag.

At first glance this bag looked perfect for my son, but after filling the outer bag with air, for the very first time, it deflated in less than a minute. I checked the air intake plug and flilled it with air again and made sure that the air plug was secure and tight. Once again it deflated in less than a minute. I am in the process of returning it. If they fix that it would be ok. They include a patch kit with the product. I am not about to pay for a product and then have to patch it. Ridiculous!

This is a great bag. Its very easy to hook and unhook when working out, which makes it great for small spaces like apartments. When the bag is removed it also turns into a pull up bar.I received this item in exchange for a fair and honest review.
