If you need to travel with lots of stuff, this is your bag. I needed to haul a jewelry booth and display materials with inventory and I needed it to go in one bag. However, you can make it overweight fairly quickly so you have to be careful for airline baggage fees. I also needed the bag to be on wheels and I like that this bag had three sturdy wheels. It was easy to move around the airport by either dragging it with the side strap, or pushing it forward like a cart. The only thing that would make it better would be a stiffer side handle rather than a material one. Otherwise it met my needs.

We took this 42 inch duffel on a 7day Caribbean cruise. We were able to pack many pairs of shoes and clothes for 2 adults, a 10 and a 5 year old. Just know that is bag is huge. The tag said it may be considered oversized by some airlines. It easily rolls.

I'm a goalie and was tired of lugging around my hockey bag with my leg pads strapped to the top. This bag has made everything 100% easier. Not only can I wheel it around but I can fit all of my gear including my leg pads in this bag. I wear Senior Medium so the gear is fairly large and heavy. This bag is excellent for goalies and I'm sure would be perfect for a variety of sports, I'm sure if you were so inclined you could fit your whole house including the kitchen sink in it.This bag is well built with 3 wheels and exterior pockets as well as a short handle when wheeling it. The bag fits in the back seat of my 2008 Honda Civic and when not using it, I can store the bag with all my gear in it in the front closet.

Our son is going to college in another state and we needed large bags that would still fit the airline standards so we would pay an expensive oversized fee. This bag is huge but still within the standard. I am going to buy 2 more. Good quality and rolls easily even when full.

This is my second Gothamite bag - I recently bought the 50 inch bag and loved it! So I decided to buy a smaller version for traveling purposes. The quality and price does not disappointment

This bag is huge! I got it to haul convention booth displays. I had 2 big non-roller duffles last week at a convention and carried them to the 2nd floor of the Dallas Convention Center and it was terrible! After I got back to my hotel room, I ordered two of these bags. This bag holds everything and rolls really nice! I'm also going to use this for when we go camping as it will hold everything.

This bag is great quality, but be prepared, it’s HUGE! An adult male could easily fit inside. It’s larger than what I needed, but I’m keeping because the quality is so good and I’m sure it will come in handy at some point.

great bag. It is HUGH. We were able to fit everything we needed for our beach trip. If you want to have a large roll bag for sports equipment or for packing a lot of stuff for a beach or ski trip this is the bag for you. The 3 wheel roller system keeps the bag up right and does not topple over like some. It is made of tough material and is very sturdy. The telescope handle makes the bag easy to maneuver and roll. even with fully loaded it is easy to move.

A Really BIG bag with 3 wheels...heavy duty ... A good value...but needs 3 improvements, to make it 5 star....1. this bag doesn't stand on end, when handle is deployed...making it a bit difficult to manage(I have mobility issues)..2. No shoulder strap. No where to hook one on...no "D" rings on each end.3. Bottom of bag should have smooth, flat, fabric-covered baseboard or fiberboard interior...not just 3 metal strips running the length of the bag, on the bottom.... Iam about to give this Amazon purchase a 2 week road test...to Central America...we will see how it performs through trains, airports and buses... and I will update the review...Cheers!

For the price, this bag was a good substitute for my torn-up old goalie bag. I can fit all my gear inside (including pads) and the zippered side pockets hold my goalie skates nicely. Also, the extendable handle is a plus for mobility. The included lock is a joke - I don't see the point of including this accessory. An interior mat would have been a plus but I just slipped in the one from my old goalie bag. I docked one star because the bag could have used some more handles, like on the top at the edges of the bag to assist handling it. A strap at the rear of the bag would also have been great. I will see if I can sew on some additional straps to make this bag easier to hoist into the car. Let's see how the material holds up but for just under $80 CAD, I can't complain. If you're looking for a cheap goalie bag alternative, this will do the job, even if it's not PRO quality.

For the price the quality of the bag exceeded my expectations. My purpose is light duty and it looks like it'll hold up nicely.

This bag will be used for two sets of snorkel gear - masks, fins, life vests, and a pop up sun shelter. It has plenty of room for beach towels too. Will be using it for luggage for the flight to the Caribbean and the wheels will make it easy to get through the airport. It’s very sturdy and I know the luggage handlers will not be able to damage it.

This bag is BIG. Bigger than most airlines allow as standard.

This bag survived a trip to Paraguay without damage, although it was packed full.I am especially impressed with the wheels, which seem to be designed for years of use.It is the best long distance travel bag I have ever had.

My son needed a new bag for his lacrosse goalie gear and this bag is perfect. He no longer has to carry 2 bags because we couldn’t find one to fit his gear. 3 wheels makes it was easier for him to pull around as well without it flipping over every time he turns. Would highly recommend this bag to anyone who asks where I got his bag.

I finally got to use this roller bag (which was purchased to help me carry larger items that wouldn’t fit into regular luggage to tradeshows) before this bag I would have to transport multiple items (like banners and signs) separately, which made it awkward and expensive. This bag is lightweight, especially considering it’s size. It is durable and easy to maneuver (I had to play with how I packed it to make sure the weight was distributed evenly from side to side, and that the heavier items were at the end with the wheels...I should have played with it before my trip, but on the return I had it nailed!). Made my travel much easier, with less pieces to keep track of, and I was able to handle it fully loaded on my own (5’3” female). The only issue I can forsee is that I can fit so much into it I may have to watch weight restrictions...but I am looking forward to that challenge.Very happy with my purchase.

The metal logo fell off when the protective plastic wrap was peeled off (it is held in place by two tiny - 1mm - spot welds). Overall the quality feels substandard. Item received with a padlock but no keys which means that the lock is useless and as it is locked in place another lock can be used. I am glad we only purchased it for one trip as I am not sure if it would survive much more

Got this bag to hold volleyball tournament equipment and it's a pretty decent bag. Holds 3 nets, antennas, scoreboards, clipboards, first aid kit, etc pretty easily. The material quality seems good. Has a thick zipper which looks like it'll last. Will see once I start using it more.

Purchased 4 of these - one for each of our Clubs' tackle football teams. These are large enough to hold all of their equipment, medical supplies and has lots of compartments to make finding it easy. My Coaches will love them.

I especially bought this size cos can put my fishin cane easily..It's strong enough wheels and not easy to break when throw them into the cargo! ;)))

I ordered this bag thinking it would be good for my hockey equipment. I saw that it had pockets on the side and assumed that my skates would fit in them but they do not so I was disappointed that my skates have to go inside the bag, not in the pockets. Also when I have all my equipment in it tips from side to side as I am trying to roll it along. The bag itself and the zippers are all good, it just does not function as I had hoped it would. Can I return it?
