Good quality. I like my kettle , Iike the design.

Lid pops open when pouring after Boiling, water tends to go 'everywhere' ... left overnight with water inside to find it leaked all over the counter and base in the morning, so internal leak from the kettle, very poor quality & dangerous product which I feel isn't fit for purpose, should be removed from sale.

Decent quality and reliable - a steal for the price. My only criticism is that it takes more time than the kettle it replaced to boil.

An advantage with this kettle --it sits on a turntable, so it can be filled by turning it 45% to pour water in it from a jug,worried the element on the base might get wet if it touches water in sink.It switches itself off, another advantage if I am not in the kitchen.White with a black trim, looks neat with my decor ( very Chanel). over all a good quality kettle.

The kettle leaked and was dangerous on the first attempt to use it.I contacted you and it was returned to you some weeks ago .A full cash refund was agreed. I have not seen any sign of this in my bank statements yet.

It's a fast boiler, which is what we wanted. But capacity a bit too big. It's heavy filled!

This kettle leaks from lid area . Dont buy as its dangerous . Boiling water pours out of too and is very noisy and looks cheap .waste of money
