Easy to set up and use
If you need a simple safety alert system this is it. No Internet required. However, the system is only good when you are able to hear the receiver. For example, if you leave home to run an errand you won’t be there to hear the alarm. There is no notifications to your phone. Very simple to set up. The only issue you might have is having the sensitivity set too high of the Sensor and it might pick up vegetation blowing in the wind. Or a spider might decide to make his home over the sensor and drive you crazy because he will make the receiver go off while the spider is going about his daily work. But if you are like me and retired this is a great cost effective surveillance system and it reaches a long way. Say you have a nice garden you’ve worked on really hard but it’s a little ways from your house. Something or someone has been robbing you of your prize vegetables put one of these things up and you can catch them in the act. Lots of different situations these alarms could be used for. And the receiver is LOUD! But you can adjust the volume. It is also battery operated if you wanted to unplug it and carry it with you around your place, maybe down in the garden and that Amazon package you’ve been waiting on shows up. The receiver will let you know someone is at your house. Lots of different applications without high tech stuff!

UPDATE Works great after 2 years in extreme weather
The media could not be loaded. This is a follow up review after using 8 of the solar powered sensors for almost 2 years now, and I am STILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THESE. I’m very pleased with their performance, simplicity and bang for the buck. My goal was something simple that would monitor the complete perimeter of my house without depending on the grid, cell service, or electricity and these met that goal 100%. THIS IS WHEN YOU NEED A WORKING MONITOR MOST.Here’s the main pro’s and con’s of my experience over a 2 year period that might help in your decision of whether these are right for you. I live Dallas so the temps here vary from 10 to 110 degrees.I did have one problem with a monitoring station which Wuloo responded to immediately and sent a replacement. A very good company to do business with.Helpful hints…- When installing the detectors I found it very helpful to put batteries in the monitoring station and take it with you while installing the detectors. That way you can instantly test the range, angle, etc by listening to the monitor. The monitoring station will store your setting even when the batteries are removed.- When planning where to mount the detectors keep in mind that the actual detector lens can NOT be exposed to direct sunlight (FACING EAST OR WEST). Also if it is pointing towards an object within 6 ft that can heat up in sun light it can cause false alarms as the detector senses a change in the object’s temperature. (metal, brick, etc) See video- If you are going to purchase more than 2 detectors I would suggest looking at purchasing 2 or more kits with 2 detectors each plus a monitoring station versus 1 monitoring station with 3 or more detectors. Depending on sale prices it might only costs a few bucks more and you may be surprised how handy having an extra monitoring station or two is.PRO’s1- Extremely easy to set up2- Several of my monitors are in the direct Texas sun for most of the day and have held up well (rain too) see photo3- The solar batteries have stayed charged for 2 years in some of my locations that never receive any direct sunlight (photo)4- Can use multiple monitoring stations to provide alerts in multiple locations, ie 1st & 2nd floor, garage, back patio, etc (I’m using 3)5- Monitoring stations can run for about 1 ½ weeks on 3 AA batteries if the power is out. It will NOT charge the AA batteries when plugged in.6- Volume can be turned up to hear in multiple rooms if desired7- Station monitor has 36 different tunes that can be assigned to the individual detectors & visually shows alerts 1-8 as well (see con’s)8- The sensitivity on the detectors has 3 different setting, most of mine are on the lowest setting to cut down on ‘false’ alarmsCON’s1- The swivel mount only allow for about a 30 degree angle of tilt (up,down, left, right) which works ok for most mounting positions. But when mounting up higher like on my second story I’ve purchased some fairly cheap swivel camera mounts which then give me a 180 degrees of swivel so I could point them almost straight down. It may require drilling 2 small holes in the detectors plastic mounting plate (see photo)2- The solar panel on the detectors that are always in the FULL sun do show a bit of ‘wear’ on the edges but I don’t think it degrades the performance and keep in mind we’re talking about months of 100+ degrees. (see photo)3- You can set each detector to play it’s own tune but if you have more than 3 detection zones it can take a while for you to instantly associate a tune with a station. I have suggested that they add an option to be able to record your own message (front door, driveway, etc) or at least add voice messages like detector 1,2,3 etc to their memory. THIS HAS BEEN CORRECTED IN THEIR NEW UPGRADED VERSION MTY0102.4- When the detector is activated by motion the lens lights up. This can be seen as a deterrent, but in my case I would rather the detector not be seen at night, especially if mounted within reach of someone. Minor point for most users. THIS HAS ALSO BEEN FIXED IN THE UPGRADED VERSION MTY0102.For the price and simplicity these are 5 star products.Ron

Failed Mounting Plates
I have 4 of these driveway sensors and they work great. But, 2 of the bases on the sensors broke within 6 months. I contacted customer support to get a few new bases. It took a few emails back and forth but, they did send me 2 new sensors.

Must have for long rural driveways
Got one of these driveway alarms as we have a long driveway and can't always tell when someone someone pulls in. There's a ton of different alarm sounds to choose from and several volume levels to choose from so you can hear it throughout the whole house. I will say this can be annoying going off in the middle of the night when deer pass by and just kind of stand in front of the sensor. We have a north/south driveway so the sensor is either east or west facing as well so the direct sun sets it off for 20 minutes a day when the sun is at just the right angle during the day.

I purchased the two-sensor pack
My house faces away from my driveway, now I’ll know when someone is approaching and no surprises. Price was very reasonable for one receiver and two sensors. The sensor size is discreet and blends in well.

Works great
Works, got one working out about 800 feet down the drive, it probably work farther, but after 800 there is hill, need flat trajectory. Reordered a 4 kit, now have 6 working great. Setup easy

Were They Invited?
Extremely fast shipping. This is an awesome driveway alarm, with 2 sensors for my long driveway and 2 separate houses. Easy to set up. Charged super-fast and ready to go. Love the different chimes to tell which one is activated. Base is an easy design to use and flashing which number along with the different tone to where the "visitor" is.

Great Driveway Alarm!
Great driveway alarm. Easy to set up and appears to be very durable. Works almost perfectly except for triggers from leaves swaying in the wind when at high sensitivity. Would love to see a wifi module as a superb addition to link to common smart home products like Alexa, Google Nest, etc so that notifications can be received while away from home.
