I have very long, wavy to curly hair with medium thickness.I am upgrading from the Paul Mitchell Ion straighteners ($100+).The quality is great and it has more features than I was anticipating. Not only is it a beautifully designed product, it also delivers results as promised. For me it only took one pass to straighten a rather large section. I have not used other steam straighteners before but I feel this one is superior to them all. This straightener has something most of them don't and that is the 40mL water tank. I never had to stop and refill the tank. I know it doesn't skimp on the steam either because I almost used the entire amount and it was obvious with the results. My hair has not been this silky or shiny since I attended cosmetology classes where we had access to the salon stuff. This is much healthier than traditional flat irons in my opinion. My hair looks healthier after using it and the style has held after sleeping on it. It is durable too because it fell on the floor and was fine lol. It is returnable and backed by a 2 year warranty so I am not worried. The only bad thing about this product is the instruction manual which has since been updated. Even though the instructions were hard to understand I didn't get electrocuted and the hair straightener is still in good shape so I would say the product usage is pretty straightforward. It was a lot easier to use than I expected and is surprisingly easy to maintain as well. I'm not used to large/bulky tools, but I adjusted to this very quickly.I did some research about the origin of this product because I see it available from multiple sellers. Mkboo was the only seller I trusted because they offer a warranty and were the most professional out of everyone else I asked. The customer service is phenomenal and I would not buy this item elsewhere. After purchasing this product I've found that I love their brand and I can't wait for their other products to become available here on Amazon.

I thought that this was really for white girls hair so I was skeptical, but after using it, it worked perfectly for my thick curly hair. So for everybody reading, this thing is good for chocolate people hair too! It was light, shiny aaaand straight when I finished. Loved it.

It’s an amazing straightener. I have thick hair and dry. This straightener made my hair look healthy and natural. And I have long and allot of hair it didn’t took long time to straight my hair. I use to have straightener before it would take like 2 hours to straight my hair, this one for 10 minutes.

So have tried different hair straightener over the years and ended up buying a couple every year. This was the first 5ime I spend that much on this product but it was all worth. This is a great product and have been using it for the past few days since so receives it. Even just by holding this straightener you can feel that it's a good professional product. Had few other choices at similar prices but I'm happy that I got this one. Also the led display is very cool which again comes in handy with the temp control. Either you used a hair straightener iron before or you are just new to use it, you will love this just like I did.

It looks very modern, and it is a new way of thinking for straightening hair.You have to put water into the steam compartment before turning the iron on. A dropper bottle is included with the iron. Instructions say to wait 90 seconds after filling the water tank, use, and then empty the tank after use. So refill before each use and empty after each use.The straightener takes one minute to reach its full heat potential. When the light stops flashing, your iron is heated and ready to use. There are five heat settings starting at 300 degrees and reaching high heat at 450 degrees.This is a very nice product that feels professional. Salons should really use this item. It's easier to use on someone else than one oneself. I used this iron on my daughters hair and found it easier to hold while using on her hair, than on my own. It will take some practice to get the knack of holding this steam iron correctly and straightening my own hair.The accompanying booklet has many helpful tips about positioning the iron while in use, and how to care for the iron when not in use, to ensure this quality iron works for the long haul.Steam is better than no-steam. I really like this iron.

Great product works well on my thick frizzy hair. Hair stays straight for a couple of days. I usually take comb out until my hair is straightened if not it keeps popping off.
