Transit time too long, refunds not provided.
Ordered 4/19, arrived 5/5; was in transit so long that Amazon suggested requesting a refund, but I patiently waited. Following sellers strict refund rules of contacting within 2 hours of delivery & submitting photos, I sent them a note saying the plants were unwell. Very yellowed with dead looking roots. Their response was it’s normal for the plant to look like this, it will be fine. Plant died. All the correct conditions were provided for it to thrive. Good thing it was not expensive.

Healthy and well packaged!
I was wary about ordering aquarium plants n the middle of winter shipping and being left in the mailbox, but when I opened he box the plant was full, healthy, and ready for the tank!

First time ordering plants and they arrived earlier than expected, ample, and healthy.

Unable to grow
Plant kept breaking off where it was planted. Ended up floating, then just dissolved. Disappointed.

Unsatisfied
I received this item in the mail. It actually looked nice & green so I was perfectly happy until I opened the package. This plant had 13 stems on it but 10 of them were broken off. This is a non-refundable item so I'm hoping to salvage what's left of the plant but I'm not sure about what's going to happen.I learned my lesson. Hopefully, this review will help others make a better decision.

Just OK
It took 13 days from order to receipt; unclear how much of that time was processing/shipping but it definitely took a toll on the stems. All were brown/rotting to some extent. A couple I threw out as unusable. The remainder I cut off the bottoms and planted. After a couple of weeks I can report they seem to be growing fine and I hope to cut and propagate when they are bigger. These would almost certainly be healthier and cheaper if your local fish store or big box pet store carries them, but mine don't.
