The very best non-stick pan
The very best non-stick pan. I've purchased nearly every brand out there for my wife. I won't list all the names in case Amazon blocks the review, but we've got a non-stick from every major brand, from 'top name' to cheap.The summary is the Fissler outperforms them all. The non-stick is truly non-stick, and simple to clean. Works extremely well on induction stove-top.Additional Details:The Fissler also does not have the rivets in the cooking area (easier to clean and more sanitary), a finger guard on the bottom, non-drip edge, and is probably the world's most detailed and well thought out pan.At this point, my wife has concluded that she only wants Fissler for every cooking pot and pan. We have several other Fissler pots and pans, and everyone is now her favorite for that specific cooking need.While the pan may seem expensive, after you've gone through several cheaper non-stick pans that don't retain their non-stick aspect or simply aren't really non-stick to start, and then have to go buy another, and another, you'll realize you come out way ahead by simply buying Fissler to start, and enjoying. They are definitely the best cookware available and this is the best non-stick pan.

Great skillet!
These....are simply the best. I bought several Fissler pans/skillets for my new induction cook-top and these work perfectly. They heat very evenly and the nonstick surface is top notch. They are a bit on the heavy side, but good skillets usually are.

Very good frypan - makes food delicious
I first found out about Fissler products in Asia. Here in USA, we only know about All-Clad, after using my first set of Fissler (pan and cover) I would rate Fissler products to be well designed. The dome cover is very unique, it makes cooking so fast and keeps the moisture. The first time I am able to fry food with a crispy bottom and moist top (fish, pork), and vegetables can be cooked without fat and with very little liquid to retain the juice.In short, an ideal setup for low-fat, flavorful cooking. 5 stars for performance, 4 stars for being expensive.

Simply Amazing
The pan is amazing for omelettes , scrambled eggs etc...Nothing sticks and it is extremely easy to clean. The eggs are just perfect. Even the occasional cooking husband can make very nice breakfast eggs with it. The eggs dont burn , are easy to turn and have a pefect consistency.
