Very clever tool for splitting the stems of this vegetable ...
Very clever tool for splitting the stems of this vegetable. However it is very poorly made. Two of the blades broke off on the first day of using it. It's not very clear how the blades are attached to the center stick but I wouldn't doubt the other blades will soon fall off either. I didn't have high expectations for this product but I didn't think it was going to fall apart on its first use. Considering lack of quality it really is an over priced item, at $12.
