John Thornton's Unfolding Dream Paperback – February 11, 2012

I have now read Unfolding Dream and Look Back both by Loyal. They are equally spell-binding. Probably Unfolding Dream has a more unexpected twist. The reason I didn't give this five stars was that some of the intimate associations went a little bit too far. I think it is fantastic to read a story to a conclusion of a more full-bodied description. It has a very interesting, unexpected plot which I thoroughly enjoyed. It has a lovely pace and feel. Sometimes the language diverts from what you would think in a more period piece but that is easily overlooked. Highly worth reading and enjoying a look into the private sides of a relationship. You really feel you can hear the thought process of the characters which I really loved. I would thoroughly recommend this book for a bit of light relief. Beyond that it is just good fun particularly if you love North and South.

After reading this book, I consider Loyal Wynyard as a most talented writer of North and South fanfic - endowed with an in-born talent, she is worthy of praise and admiration - love, passion and romance is intertwined with the main plot about fantastic events - and as the story unfolds, I found myself holding my breathe - beguiling and intriguing - from beginning to end, this whole book captivates your imagination, bringing you towards a different realm breathlessly taking hold of your innermost being that seems endless !!! I highly recommend this book !!! Thanks to Loyal Wynyard for bringing second childhood to her myriads of fans !!! If dreams can come true, who are we to not grasp it ???

If you loved "North and South" the BBC movie and John Thornton and Margaret Hale's characters you will love this book...the author does a wonderful job or letting us see the inside of John's heart and feel the depths of his love for Elizabeth. "Love is patient, love is kind and love endures..." I cannot wait to read all of the other books written by Loyal Wynyard

I have really enjoyed this book. It was so nice to have such a wonderful endingto this love story. I shall read more books by this author.

disappointing plot with limited interest. The story does not unfold and the historical references are inaqurate. Is like mediocre story published in a fanfiction site

I couldn't read past page 20. Mr Thorton was sleeping around by page 20. Elizabeth Gaskell would never make her characters trashy like this! Very Disappointed!!!!!

I didnt care for this, and it s=does not speak to the true Margaret hale

Very disappointing use of modern day American English. Poorly researched. The whole thing was poor . Do your homework please.

I received this book quickly and it was packaged well.Have read the book it was okay,I love reading anything with John Thornton at the moment.
