Versatile, powerful, ergonomical, & quiet are my initial impressions.
The media could not be loaded. Just unpacked used the product today for the first time. It was packed pretty well, everything had it's own snug little compartment to keep it all secured in the box. The power brush is smaller than I was expecting. When I got it all together I was skeptical that I got my money's worth, it seemed more like a toy. But as I started using it it's definitely not a toy!I had to empty it 3x just from vacuuming the stairs (17 steps). My large 22x26 room I emptied 5x. I'm impressed with it's handling of dog fur (Husky) as well as how much small dirt/dust particles it picked up. Sucker's got some power! As advertised, it is pretty quiet. Quietest vacuum I've ever used. I was worried about the collection bin being too small with having a long hair dog, but with that power comes compression inside the bin so it's able to pack quite a lot into that small space.Almost $300 bucks is no small amount, especially for a vacuum. I was very leery & hesitant to pull the trigger on this one, it being a brand I've never heard of before. Tineco can thank Consumer Reports for earning my business, as it was recommended by them over Dyson due to Dyson's decline in quality & reliability apparently. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it doesn't feel the most sturdy in my hands, not like a typical upright. This is my first stick so I'm probably just not used to the lighter design & style. It does feel well built, just not solid. Then again they are all removable attachments & parts so that's probably par for the course for a stick vac.For now I feel it was a good buy. I say "for now" because I haven't even had it a whole day yet. I will follow-up as I put some more laps on it & get a better idea of it's overall quality & versatility.**** Update ****Holy crap does this thing pick up a LOT more dirt than any of my previous vacuums! My previous vacuum (Dirt Devil upright) could do the whole house & at most I'd have to empty it once. No joke, I have filled a 13gal tall kitchen can/bag!! Mind you most of it was dog fur, but still WAY more than the upright ever picked up. The bottom of the bag was all gritty sandy dirt, about 6" deep worth! I've NEVER had a vacuum pick up so much, let alone how effortlessly it does so. I live in a 3K square ft house, alone with just my dog. I bought it brand new 4yrs ago, no kids have ever been over, I never wear shoes in the house. I have absolutely no idea where all that dirt came from, let alone that my previous vacuum left that much behind! I'm absolutely amazed by this things performance! Will update on quality after more use, I've only had it since yesterday.**** Update ****Still very happy with this vacuum. Played with a friend's Dyson & I can say my first impression about it feeling toy-ish & un-sturdy is related to the style (cordless stick) & not a reflection of the Tineco A11 vacuum so I am adding the fifth star I withheld because of my first impression.Also.. some reviews are complaining the bend at the base of the power head preventing it from going flat to vacuum under furniture & this is not true. All you have to do is turn the vacuum a quarter turn so the power head is on an angle & it drops completely flat. (Photo & video attached.)**** Update ****So I feel the need to counter the reviews here that complain about loss of suction after only a few uses. CHECK THE FILTER!! As I mentioned about how much this thing picked up that my Dirt Devil left behind, & how much of that was fine gritty dirt, well.. it caked the cleanable filter REALLY quickly! The tool they include to clean the main filter is included for a reason. I've had to clean the filter about a dozen times in 4 months. With a freshly cleaned filter I just ran over a penny & the vacuum sucked it right up, & that was in normal mode NOT on max.The filter is stupid-simple to clean. It literally just slides in & out from the middle of the collection bin. I've started the habit of pulling & knocking it on the side of the garbage can whenever I empty the bin. It literally only takes 2-3 seconds to do.. I only use the cleaning tool about every 10 days to get the extra fine dirt off if it. (And yes, they do include a 2nd filter to swap into the vacuum before using the cleaning tool, you're not running the cleaning tool filterless.). The engineers really did go the extra mile to make this very user-friendly, an excellent performer, & easy to keep in optimal condition to maintain that performance.4 months in & I still highly recommend this vacuum!**** August 22, 2020 ****Still going strong! I now knock off the fine dust particles from the filter every time I empty the collection bin. I literally vacuum 1x-2x daily so I've used this thing at minimum 200x & suction power has not declined.

IT SUCKS BECAUSE IT DOESN'T EDIT 12/19/21 that was a clever headline which i need to apologize for.
I have had trouble with this $200. plastic piece of overseas junk from the get go. I bought it on a big sale but the final tab, of coarse was $200. with all the taxes and fees [ You can usually tell if it's foreign by the way they write in English. I have no problem with overseas items, if the are well made.] Firstly, the instructions are not specific. I'm guessing that they were written by someone with English as a second language. It took me time to figure them out. Now that it is up and running the main sweeper brush will pick stuff up, like pieces of tortilla chips but will spit them out shortly unless, as I discovered, you turn it upside down and burp the garbage into the collection bin. The plastic is extremely breakable. If you own one I would suggest taking it off the charger when charged. Leaving it on wears out cheaply made batteries and you will need to buy TINECO'S overpriced replacement. The more expensive models come with two batteries. I wonder why? I was replacing a DUSTBUSTER which, after over 15 years, died, may it rest in peace, which had suction like a chow hound,. I may end up getting one again. I have a , god knows how old, upright standard size, corded with a bag, Eureka, which puts them all to shame even with a wounded plastic bumper. The TINECO is a high maintenance item.EDIT 12/19/21 I suppose that I expected it to work like my EUREKA workhorse bagged vacuum. This TINECO takes a bit more maintenance. You need to empty the dustbin when about 1/4 full although the instructions say to do it every time that it is used. You also need to take off the brush head, open the compartment up gently ( I could not get it off the first time and in my frustration I tried to yank it off causing the little lock on the latch to break off. Now I just use a piece of packing tape to keep it on.) Take out the roller and using that white tool, which I misplaced, clean all the hair or rug fibers and dirt off. I have used different implements but my fingers work best. This vacuum cleaner works very well when clean. It picks up large and small pieces of the tortilla chips I always have when I eat dinner in front of my TV in the bedroom which is what I got it for. It functions well on hard floor and all around my home. It's light and I love the headlight. My only complaint is the short time that it will work after a full charge. People who need replacement batteries frequently might take some advice from me. When charging I try to remove it as soon as the lights stop blinking. I also take the cord out of the electric socket on the wall. I'm not certain but I think the last step will help with battery longevity.Rereading my old review, I found that I repeated myself in this new edit. Sorry folks!
