Way too light!! I'm 5'2" and about 110 too, but I had to use the very heaviest band immediately and it was still insignificant. I should've bought the better bands immediately, instead of trying to save money. I ended up wasting $15 which unfortunately is a lot of money for me "these days". Would NOT recommend. Oh, the do roll up too. Either get better bands or use ankle weights instead, where possible.

Not only do I love the latex free, but also the loop. No more tying off the ends of the bands! Still have them after several years.

they stay on and don't curl up and cut into my legs like others do. no knot, just a smooth round continues band. love it!
