The ratchet part of the trimmers quit working. I really liked them till it no longer ratchet.

I find it difficult to use because one side allows for your fingers and the other is for a grip. Its awkward. It doesn't cut things that are not thick so I have to have two different tools when working in my garden

Sharp enough, ergonomically sound, but the lock keeps sliding closed after each pruning clip, so I have to keep unlocking it - not easy with gardening gloves and kind of annoying. Otherwise a quality product that cuts through some pretty tough woody stems with ease.

I have bought other types over the years, but this beats all of them. Love the ratcheting aspect - can get through some pretty good branches you would normally use a long-handled lopper for. The loop style hand grip is especially nice, also. It keeps the shears "attached" to your hand. And when locked closed it slips easily into a back pocket.

It works ok and helps with big branches but it is not ratcheting quick enough

I prune apple and pear trees, rose and other bushes.

It is okay but not worth the price. I bought a much better quality product for half the price at local Walmart.
