I like to take this and the flaxseed oil capsules for the benefits to health. I find that these seeds need to be ground a little before being sprinkled on food as they will not change into anything other than seed in your body therefore having no or very little benefit.The packaging was very good and the bag they came in can be used to store them in as you use them.Thank you for the politeness, and efficiency of the delivery.
