Works great
When I installed this battery, the computer wouldn't recognize it. Said no bttery present. I contacted seller. They suggested disconnecting battery, booting computer with battery disconnected, then shutting down, reconnecting battery and booting normally. Worked perfectly. Battery life on this 9Q23 is better than I could have hoped for.

Worked perfectly for my XPS12 9Q23
After 8/9 years my laptop started to not charge at all so it was time for a new battery. This was super easy to install (I watched a quick video on YouTube on how to install it) and my laptop fired up immediately after installation. It even came with four magnetic screwdriver things so that was a huge plus! A little nervous after reading reviews saying they got the wrong battery but it worked totally fine with my XPS12 9Q23! Happy customer here :)

Took 2 tries second one works perfectly, excellent customer service
Any part can be defective. The first battery I received was not recognized at all by the laptop, Dell XPS 12 9Q23. I got an error message immediately before the laptop would load Windows.I reported the problem, a replacement battery was promptly sent to me and it works perfectly. So overall I am VERY pleased. I had previously a year or so ago, purchased a replacement battery from a different supplier. I couldn't get the first one to work, then I couldn't get the second one to work, and I finally gave up. I am a computer tech and had already confirmed with an identical laptop to mine, that my AC adapter worked perfectly and my laptop itself would charge a known good OEM battery.I've been down this road before trying to get a good aftermarket battery since Dell no longer sells parts for this laptop. I am pleased that the second time was the charm. :-) I am fully satisfied and as I said the customer service from this seller was EXCELLENT! Would have been a 5 star rating if the first battery had worked.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!
The product is NOT compatible with the Dell laptop model listed. Dell laptops detect if the battery is OEM and will not use the battery or charge the battery. You will get a power up error indicating the battery isn't recognized (see pictures). I'm sharing the proof of a matching model number indicated in this listing as compatible (XPS L322X). This is not a workable replacement battery. BUYER beware.

Excellent device and worth the price
The battery arrived on time, well packaged and without issues. I had bought two batteries before but they were not specific for my laptop, this one was the right one for my XPS 12. It was easy to install and it is working as advertised. So far, happy I bought it.

Didn't work, returned it
This didn't work for my laptop - it fit and installed fine, but it wouldn't actually charge, so I returned it. This seems like a pretty common problem with non-OEM batteries, I've encountered it several times with several different brands of replacement batteries for various models of laptops.

Exactly as advertised at half Dell's price
Received promptly, perfect fit, easy to install, half of Dell's price - but Dell does not have any.
