Very good quality & easy drainage from waste opening. Absolutely sound proof sink. But waste pipe is very short.

Bad quality and damage product received..I have returned this product on 4 january but till now didn't get refund.. Customer service is not helping..What should I do? Please don't buy this product..

Firstly, I received a wrong product as you can see in last few images, they sent me a taphole Satin color sink even though its properly mentioned in bold letter on the Outer Packaging as well. I still unboxed that wrong product and saw that there are scratches and sharp corners around it. It took a week for replacement after their manual verification for their own mistake. When I received the correct product (Black) then I saw that there are even more visible scratches on sink body and corners are sharp as well. Even on outer side paint job not done properly. Only the accessories are in good condition but the main product is overpriced as well as unfinished. I heard that people don’t buy black sinks due to paint got worn out over time or scratches starts to appear after few months of use but what is the point if they already send the product in scratched condition.

The sink looks very nice and elegant just as we wanted for our new home. The packaging quality was excellent with proper padding and boxing.
